This Viral Clip of Walz and Newsom Talking About 'Masculinity' is Comedy Gold Matt Margolis A podcast clip from earlier this year featuring Tim Walz and Gavin Newsom is going viral again, and for good reason: it’s pure comedy gold. The two Democratic governors sat down for an episode of This Is Gavin Newsom back in March, and during their 50-minute conversation, they briefly shared their thoughts on masculinity. Yes, masculinity. The irony already writes itself. In the now-viral clip, Walz claimed that the critics who come after him aren’t upset about policy differences or leadership failures. No, Walz said it’s because they “feel threatened” by his brand of masculinity. “I think some of us scare them,” he told Newsom, adding, “I think I scare them a little bit. That’s why they spend so much time on me.” He was dead serious, too. https://pjmedia.com/matt-margolis/2025/12/09/this-viral-clip-of-walz-and-newsom-talking-about-masculinity-is-comedy-gold-n4946884

It's Time to Mandate Vaccines

Supreme Court Vacates Ruling That Upheld New York School Vaccine Mandate by Zachary Stieber The Supreme Court on Dec. 8 vacated a ruling upholding New York’s ban on religious exemptions to its school vaccine mandate and ordered a lower court to review its stance on the ban. The case is known as Miller v. McDonald. Justices vacated the March decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, which had found the legislation banning religious exemptions to vaccination requirements was “neutral on its face” and did not “target or affirmatively prohibit religious practices.” The justices directed the appeals court to reconsider its ruling in light of Mahmoud v. Taylor, a Supreme Court ruling in June that sided with parents who wanted the ability to opt their children out of interacting with books in school that promote lesbian, gay, and similar lifestyles. Justices did not say how the appeals court should ultimately rule after reviewing Mahmoud v. Taylor. https://www.theepochtimes.com/us/supreme-court-vacates-ruling-that-upheld-new-york-school-vaccine-mandate-5955708 https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/25-133.html https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24pdf/24-297_4f14.pdf -

Appeals court hands Trump win in lawsuit over transgender military ban Kaelan Deese A federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday cleared the way for President Donald Trump’s ban on military service by individuals who identify as transgender or have gender dysphoria, staying a lower-court order that blocked War Secretary Pete Hegseth from enforcing the policy. The 2–1 decision by a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit sharply rebuked U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes, concluding that her ruling in March overrode military judgment and applied a standard of review the courts are not entitled to use when second-guessing force-readiness decisions. It's what the Left does. WATCH Randi Weingarten Drop WHOPPER of a Lie About How SHE Tried to Open Schools The fact that Randi Weingarten still has a powerful position says a lot about how useless the teachers' unions really are. Surely, someone who has done so much damage to the institution as a whole, like Weingarten, should have been removed by now. Heck, some people believe Weingarten actually played a huge part in getting Trump elected again. And for parents overwhelmingly supporting school choice. No wonder she's trying so hard to now blame Trump for closing the schools. Crazy, right? Affordable Care Act or Obamacare
B-Man replied to Another Fan's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Good thing I was sitting down when I read this 'surprising' news. It Sure Looks Like Obamacare is Rife with Fraud John Sexton The new Washington Post editorial board continues to be a surprise. I suspect they have posted more right-leaning material in the past 3 months than was published in the paper during Biden's entire term in office. In any case, today the Post makes the case that Obamacare subsidies, the coming expiration of which was the stated reason Democrats shut down the government, should not be extended. Why? Because there is lots of evidence suggesting the program is rife with fraud. On party-line votes in 2021 and 2022, Democrats invoked the pandemic emergency to temporarily expand eligibility for Obamacare insurance subsidies. Preserving these credits, which are due to expire at the end of the year, would cost $350 billion over the next decade. Democratic leaders are trying to keep the subsidies intact without reforms to address abuse that has grown rampant in the system. A report issued last week by the nonpartisan Government Accountability Office underscores why that should be a nonstarter. The report they're referring to was published by the General Accounting Office (GAO). It's titled "Preliminary Results from Ongoing Review Suggest Fraud Risks in the Advance Premium Tax Credit Persist." What GAO staff did was create 20 fake identities and then apply for coverage as if they were real people. Ketanji Brown Jackson: Embarrassment
B-Man replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
When President Biden nominated Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court, it raised a lot of eyebrows. Many questioned if Brown Jackson was qualified for the role, and that didn't seem to be Biden's priority — he picked her because she was a Black woman, and diversity was more important to him than competency. Since her appointment and confirmation, Brown Jackson has shown repeatedly that she's out of her depth. She's written dissents with unprofessional, childish slag interjected into them. She's also been called out by fellow Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Sonia Sotomayor and admitted she "doesn't understand" a lot of the cases that come before the Supreme Court. Now she's having meltdowns during oral arguments about President Trump. "Some issues, some matters, some areas should be handled in this way by non-partisan experts that Congress is saying that expertise matters with respect to aspects of the economy, and transportation, and the various independent agencies that we have," Brown Jackson said. "So having a president come in and fire all the scientists, and the doctors, and the economists, and the PhDs, and replacing them with loyalists and people who don't know anything is actually not in the best interests of the citizens of the United States." These issues should not be in presidential control," Brown Jackson continued, "so can you speak to me about the danger of allowing in these various areas the president to actually control the transportation board, and potentially the federal reserve and all these other independent agencies. In these particular areas, we would like to have independence. We don't want the president controlling." https://townhall.com/tipsheet/amy-curtis/2025/12/09/ketanji-meltdown-no-kings-n2667586 Justice Jackson, If the President doesn't have authority over them . . . Who does ? And no, Congress is not the answer. -
