I would say for a 2nd year player to come out in the 2nd half and play that well after pretty much having the wheels fall off in the first half is special! The kids only going get better and smarter as he goes on..I mean that’s some mental toughness right there! -

On the 4 yard line.. why aren’t you running your stud RB 3 times to get the TD? Why are you even throwing it? Eat time off the clock and score a TD on the ground! That’s coaching.. trust me I’ve seen a lot of bad O coaching that there was Patricia bad! -

I think the Jags score a TD at the end even if their FG kicker hits that last FG as well.. terrible challenges by the chargers! -

They don’t care! They went from having the #1 pick in the draft for 2 years in a row to winning a playoff game. -

See I think you’re wrong about “Asset”. Jackson is known for his legs and making huge plays running the ball, the last 2 years he has had knee injuries. ANY team should see those as red flags that his career is going to be a lot shorter than most here expect. I’d say he will be around maybe another 4-5 years if his knee issues keep happening.. and that’s on the l on g side.

Jimmy G is to injury prone. Has he played a full season ever? Carr is who he is, he is 15-20 rank QB but with the Jets D he be good enough to challenge the Bills for the conference. Dolphins D isn’t that good they would regress. Brady — to the Jets would be scary he only have to be 2001 Brady and not make mistakes. Jets be hard to beat. Miami be the second best in the division and perhaps challenge the Bills for the division. But a 1 maybe 2 year thing at best..

Lamar has had 2 straight years where he has had knee injuries. If he loses his ability to scramble and run he is less than average.

Ravens and Lamar do not reach contract agreement
PatsFanNH replied to Steel City Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
How about he is actually healthy for an entire year! The last 2 years he been hurt and it’s been his knees so I’d be scared give him a long term deal. -
Florio: Brady to the Dolphins "Definitely on the Table"
PatsFanNH replied to Nextmanup's topic in The Stadium Wall
Historically? Not awful, any team gets Montana isn’t terrible. They did draft Purdy who doesn’t look to bad! Yes they chose poorly at #2 a couple years ago. the other poster is right it’s extremely rare for any stable NFL Franchise. The ones give up quickly in a pick are usually the constantly bad! I know that use to be my Pats under the Sullivan ownership. -

In a vacuum you’re right, Rosen was sent packing because they changed HC and didn’t want try work with him and was in love with his own QB from his college team. Again any Jet example is just useless, the stink at getting a QB. Heck their greatest of all time is the most over rated QB in history! They will do it again this year. They are terrible at the position. Also any team worth a dang gives any QB drafted in the first round at least 3 years. What you give are 1 offs and piss poor managed teams. -
I think it’s more important to win with no major injuries. I mean if you win by 28 but lose your top 2 corners for the rest of the playoffs… you lose next week to the Bengals. The blowout means nothing

Rosen had a meh rookie year and they drafted another QB who will fizzle out as well. Darnold didn’t look awful as a Panther, no franchise WB but a damn good backup..(ruined by the Jets) Sometimes teams stink at drafting QBs. See Chicago, Jets, Browns, Lions. Etc.. -

Lamar — fragile and won’t make the year.. Brady — he be dangerous with those weapons, but he won’t go there unless they fix the O line Mac — will be there hopefully with Bill O’Brian as OC.. Allen - Duh.. Jets would be dumb enough get Jackson who is having knee problems.. his game is gone when his legs go.. Wilson is the exception to the rule, he was completely clueless! -
Tua ruled out vs Buffalo, Skylar Thompson expected to start
PatsFanNH replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Tua gave them a punchers chance to win. Without him it’s going be near impossible for them to win this game. -
NFL Week #18 - Patriots* @ Bills - Post Game Thread
PatsFanNH replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Jones is not Allen. There are few QBs his equal or better than him. (Mahomes I think is better.) Mac Jones is our best option for next year, unless a top 2 QB falls into our lap. I think we find out next year one way or the other on him. Also on a side note. Enjoy these times you have with the Bills. You never know how long they will last.. so smile enjoy it and try not take any game to dang seriously.. -
Do we see an end of QB Mega Deals?
PatsFanNH replied to WhitewalkerInPhilly's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think your number is about double of what it truly is NOW.. 1. Mahomes 2. Allen 3. Burrows are definite! after that you have: Rogers, Brady, and perhaps Lamar Jackson. these last 3 are questionable for mostly age, and well Jackson seems very injury prone. After that be hard press find 1. -
Do we see an end of QB Mega Deals?

Short answer is NO, for the simple reason if you win 1 Lombardi it makes the deal worth it. -

PatsFanNH replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
You could be right about Jones. I think even you can agree that any QB in this system this year would look horrible. I want Jones to get a year with a good or at least average OC and see what he looks like. As for BB I agree, I think he has checked out and just wants get the record and not be bothered with people he doesn’t know. im a fan I will always cheer for them and hope for the best. Hell I sat threw the 1-15 year which Was horrid.. heck the years between Raymond Berry and Tuna was the dark hole of football up here. (Although I did enjoy getting tickets for $10 lol)
