  1. Exactly. There are much fewer boneheads around. 😃
  2. With their secondary the way it is, Josh and the receiving corps should feast.
  3. Bills are the better team. Aside from crazy turnovers, Bills will be safe. Bend but don’t break and then let Josh whip it and Singletary loose and all will be well. 😃
  4. I said the same thing headed in to week two playing a run porous D and Josh proceeded to throw for 421 yards.
  5. They’re crazy. Who would take that contract on????
  6. Almost seems as though this is what the NFL wants: shoot out after shoot out. On the positive side for us is we have an O that can hang.
  7. I’m in the ROC and have Spectrum. So much happier than when I had DTV (for the reasons listed here). I have a box specifically for games. $7/month and I view that as worth it. If I’m not watching a Bills game I use their app on my AppleTV and have occasional pixelation. I would do an Internet speed test and then call Spectrum to see if you can get more bandwidth. Problem solved. 😃
  8. Blatant hold (tackle) on Bosa on that third down. How is that not called? I’m all in favor of less holding calls but that was crazy.
  9. And another missed PAT. Still think it makes the game more interesting.
  10. Herbert has every appearance that he is the real deal.
  11. To be honest, not sure if the Bills have run enough to be effectively graded in that department. Singletary is averaging near 5 per carry, though, I believe, which should say something. Overall happy with the pass pro which is great to see.
  12. I’m still rooting for Drew...if only to see him outpace Brady. 😃 If I think rationally, LA wins.
  13. Fair enough, but from an eye test standpoint, Dalton’s passes were arriving much later than a similar pass from Dak would have. Anecdotal, clearly, but Josh sucked based on anecdotal evidence through two years. 😃
  14. I’m not sure he is and that’s the issue: in their minds, they’re all invincible.
  15. Look, I could give a crap about contracts, standing and whatever else: this is, from all I’ve seen, a fine young man who put his body on the line and paid a hefty price. That, of course, leads me to the ‘I wish football was what is used to be’ crowd. These guys have such a small window to make their money that it’s insane. Wishing for a ‘hometown’ discount is so silly. Do most of us put our livelihoods on the line when we go to work each day? Absolutely not. These men are not gladiators and we are not Romans. EDIT: I should add this as well. I used to think I was invincible. I served this country and did my thing. I’ve paid the price: no big deal. But I tell my kids now: “What you do now will echo throughout the rest of your life”, and that gives them pause. I’m glad it does. These men that we root for or against each game day should hear the same.
  16. I did as well. Age is the ultimate equalizer.
  17. Poor form. I suspect he wasn’t staring at a monitor. The way Dak was grabbing his calf, if you’re not watching a screen, could look like a cramp.
  18. I vividly recall watching Theisman’s injury and Dak’s was as bad...just the ankle. Terrible.
  19. He earned that. I am saying he literally sounded like that mix. 😃
