That is what Baltimore is. Super defense that shuts you down, and they ask Lamar to go and get a few scores. I don’t think Lamar is a great quarterback but there is no question he is a great football player. It is going to be very difficult for either the Bills or the Chiefs to beat them in Baltimore because of that crowd and that defense. The blueprint is that you must shut down the running game…and your offense can’t make any mistakes. I just hope we have chance to give it a shot.

Chiefs’ D reminds me of some of the recent Bills’ defenses…really good regular season stats beating up on bad teams, then faltering when facing top level QBs and offenses (especially on the road). Call me a homer but I expect Josh and the Bills to move the ball and score more easily than I keep hearing from the talking heads and most fans. Conversely, I think the Bills are finally stout on the D line, which is coincidentally where they are the most healthy, and that combined with an unbelievable home crowd are going to make life miserable for Mahomes and the Chiefs. Go Bills!!! 15 and 6, Babyyyy!!!!

Let's address the drops issue. KC receivers had 44 drops this year, which did lead the league. But the Bills had 30. So that's less than one more drop per game for Mahomes than for Allen. Not sure I'd say Mahomes would have a "lot" more TDs with that one extra reception per game...

One thing I find curious is that I’ve posted in a couple different threads how Mahomes has never faced the sort of environment he’s coming into Sunday…never. Every playoff game at home. Super Bowls at a neutral site. It’s as if the naysayers completely disregard the impact this could have on the KC offense and their ability to communicate. And they don’t have an explosive offense. If none of the injured guys on D are able to play it could be a close game but the Bills will win. If two or three of them are back, it’s a 10 point win. Book it. Happy to eat crow if I’m wrong (but I won’t be). Go Bills!!! 15 and 6, Babyyyyyy!!!!
