I don't think It's about Peterman being HALF of TT... It's about WHAT HALF... If, by any chance it's the half that can sustain a drive consistently, and punch it in the end zone, then as UGLY as his game may be, it's worth ALOT... You think anyone cares how long Peterman can run around and evade tacklers if the ball is thrown in three seconds to a TE/WR for a 1st down? I hope Nate scares the crap out of the lolly-gagging, wanna-be QB's cluttering out roster... If he does that, and nothing else, I'm ok with the pick...

Jackson would make a FANTASTIC Wide receiver someday... Best Athlete in college football, period....Sadly, QB for him is OUT... Not a natural position for him at all..

Boise State's Brett Rypien is going to be the scariest young QB in the nation... BSU is going to make a case for the CFB playoff... This team COULD. GO. ALL. THE. WAY!

Most importantly, ONE GOOD OWNER... A trick Terry and Kim haven't exactly nailed yet.....

In fairness to WKU, they've sent a few notable players to the NFL in the past few years... It's actually a damn decent program for Conference USA... It's not Ohio State, but those kids aren't pushovers.

Cardale is a better passer... Stronger arm... Quicker release.... Better throwing mechanics.... All Cardale has to do is find a WR and/or TE he's comfortable with, and he'll shine... More, and more I feel like TT's days as a bill are numbered.

Cardale as Starter. Tyrod as Backup. Peterman at third string. Ideally, that's how I'd like preseason to shake out... I've said it before, and I'll say it again... If Jones starts at least 10 games this season we make the playoffs.

Compete... Beat good teams... Destroy bad ones... That's where it starts.

Perception is reality to some folks.... If the other QB's on the roster perceive Nate as a threat, then GOOD. Maybe they'll show up to camp wearing their "A" games....

Kelly was by far the better prospect... I really think they wanted to grab Chad as UDFA... But it's OK... If Nate has the other QB's looking over their shoulders, -he's fulfilling his purpose...

Cut Woodrum... Whoever's left should get increased reps with the 1's in TC... If Tyrod is really the man in charge he shouldn't mind getting less reps... I'd like to see all four with the 1's in preseason games.

Too bad Alpha's post got deleted, because I was about to ask him why teams that had the 29th ranked defenses (MIA) and the 26th (OAK), both managed to stumble into the post-season last year... When the 'fins starting QB went down, who did Miami's BACKUP QB have to throw to during their 6-game win streak? We ended the season with the 30th ranked passing attack! and the 1st rushing... Relieving Tyrod from any blame for that seems absurd. But okay, maybe Tyrod's (highest in the league) snap to release time can somehow be blamed on Rex.. Wonder what the excuse will be when he ignores wide-open receivers next season... Or what happens when FEAR starts backing him out of tough throws... -Think of something, Apologists... Make no mistake, my friend... A poor passing offense is merely a symptom of a much larger disease... One that deprives the healthy body of what it needs most... WINS... Besides, if there's "no style points in football", why count the amount of points scored in losing efforts? Saying we were the highest scoring 7-9 team shouldn't be a point of pride. - Not even a little bit.

You're right... Shady was huge... Unfortunately, The Bills had the 30th or 32nd ranked passing offense at the the season's 3/4 mark as I recall... Moving on from TT will not work to Shady's detriment... TT's rushing yardage MIGHT be missed, but Cardale can run too... So can Nate... I actually think we're in an OK place as far as mobile QB's are concerned..
