Soviet and Chines aircraft flying in the ADIZ, and being intercepted, is meaningless. We have other concerns.

It wouldn't matter.

She isn't remotely qualified or capable of this. First big embarrassment and stupid decision since her appointment is not being at the Netanyahu thing. There will be more, but hopefully, as her past is objectively scrutinized, we won't be hearing from her after Nov. As I said before.....A San Francisco Bay Area Democrat. Been there. Lived there. Left there. I don't want to see any more of them.

Come on. She hasn't done a single thing of any value, ever. Tossing her to Guatemala, with the expressed goal of trying something that had been tried before, produced nothing. She did nothing in the Senate, and is a soundbite laughingstock. That is her achievement, other than lying to the world about her boss for years, and everybody knows. Suddenly we're supposed to take her seriously? She knows nothing, has never done anything of any value, has significant problems holding a staff together, (as does Trump), and is generally not liked. Further, her view of the world and solutions to serious challenges and problems,, if she has any, is not something she has ever been remotely successful in expressing, let alone achieving. Standard San Francisco Bay Area political clown. Been there. Seen that. Moved from there. I will not give her a seconds consideration.

I saw a very detailed explanation of many of the points of this regarding the military, and I guarantee that Trump was unaware of them. By the way, some points were valid, but some blind assumptions were made as statements of fact without any evidence. The Heritage Foundation put this thing together. No doubt there are things in there that align with conservative views, becasue that's who is involved in the Heritage Foundation. But, no point in not allowing the baby to be thrown out with the bath water, and certainly no reason to not launch another conspiracy theory.

I don't deny that, I simply wonder if that provides any probative value. I don't know what the SS sop is for encrypted com, and it has not been explained. I think it is quite reasonable that some would be encrypted and some not. When I was deployed on the carrier and flying, depending on what we were doing, some things were encrypted and some were not we were constantly trailed and monitored by Soviet intel ship. The encrypted stuff was things we didn't want them to hear. I can see a similar situation with the SS. Not everything needs to be "covered," and doing so slows things down. Until someone explains how that is suspicious, I'm not going to believe it is. People post fake alarm things all the time. I was reading a post here yesterday that included some tweet about a temp flying restriction being in place at where Biden was holding up. Not just the fact, but the entire FAA notice, with the obvious implication that was somehow significant. It's not. The FAA does that for all presidential locations, all the time, just as they do for all NFL games.

It isn't about getting votes. It's about removing somebody who has no reasonable explanation about her group's gross failure, and the incredibly legitimate concern that based on her explanation, it could happen again. If she was in the military of corporate America, she would be gone immediately. Dust bin addition, and soon.

The border was/is Biden. The Republicans sent an emissary to get the best deal they could. When he came back with his best compromise it was deemed inadequate and failed. The border is entirely Biden. Regarding Afghanistan, whatever anyone thinks about the middle east is meaningless in the disgraceful escape.

Generally, it is Congress' job to propose, work on and pass bills, not the President. Our country works better when that is the course, as Congress is, or should be, much more responsive to the people. The President's job has a different focus, and is more directed toward national defense. How'd Biden do there? The Afghanistan escape, which is the most disgraceful operation I have ever seen, and the border, which he grossly failed at and then assigned the problem to his VP, who is completely inept.

So what did his doctor say about his physical condition about an hour before his "resignation"? The excuse is nonsense. On another note, the entire Administration seems void of any leadership. Houthis launch a missile strike against Israel. Israel retaliates by destroying about half of a port in Yemen. Anything? No Biden. No Blinken. No Jake Sullivan. Is this group still functioning?

I'm never going to succumb to unsupported conspiracies, just an objective observation of the obvious. They hide his incapacity for as long as they can, but the entire world, most of whom already knew, get cold-cocked with it at that horrific debate. Poll number drop. Financial contributions drop. Media, once in their pocket, can no longer deny reality. Small time dems come out and suggest he give it up. High name rec Hollywooders, who very recently held a fundraiser for him come out. Larger profile dems join the bandwagon. Drip, drip drip. Looked like a scheduled release of "leaks." When he states he still won't take the bait, the high court of dems suggest it's time, which was really showing him the plank he could either walk off or be pushed off. Suddenly he has a epiphany and gives up. Doesn't appear LBJ'ish and do it before the country. Oh ya. He had covid or jet lag or bad advisors something. Now they get behind the single biggest liar to the American people of his abilities, trashing the primary process and giving the party full control instead of the voting public. I guess we'll just be happy to participate in the process in Nov.

Biden stated that it was going to either "Almighty God," or an md that would get to to raise the white flag. So which was it? Anybody believe he actually wrote that letter informing the country he was quitting? No appearance before any camera, not even a still at the desk writing it. Digital, not hand written signature.

Willie Brown. He's only 90.

What I posted has absolutely nothing to do with Trump. He was forced out with constant leaks over the past ten days with ever increasing Dems of influence timing their suggestions he step down. It looked like a coordinated strike, and it achieved its objective. As of Friday he stated, if he is capable of stating anything with any degree of thought at this point, that he was staying in. Claiming his withdrawal was some kind of patriotic, honorable move is insulting to anyone with a brain. He has been a lying goof since the 80's, when he could still lie with intention. He is long past that. He lies all the time, but he has no capacity to do so with that intention. I hope I never hear his name again. The one thing he did, unintentionally, was expose was the depth to which the Dem party and the media will go to try to hide something that has been blatantly apparent to everyone else in the world. I'm far more concerned about our country getting safely through the time until Jan 20th than I am about ever hearing a thing about his patriotism, honesty or legacy. Such claims are preposterous.

Biden didn't "step aside." He was offered an option between being pushed overboard or not.

Oh. I thought you were suggesting something nefarious about the trump winery, which would be idiotic. It's a fine place with a very good product, and well respected in the area. The link you provided was written in 2017. That is a lifetime ago in that business. The guy who ran it after Kluge's wife bankrupted the place, Gabrielle Rausse, and sold it to Trump is an acquaintance. When I went through viticulture/enology class here, when I started my vineyard, he was the principal "teacher." Absolutely fabulous guy with a fantastic, respected reputation who helped me a lot in my first three years. Always answered the phone. I spent an afternoon in that very vineyard learning the finer points of pruning. Regarding that winery, D. Trump has nothing to do with it. His kid runs it and is doing a fine job. They were very successful at the recent Governor's Cup, and as I said, 2017 is a long time ago. Different folks, different grapes. Speaking of Virginia wines, the Monticello AVA, was named last year's "Wine Region of the Year," by Wine Enthusiast, competing against regions in California, Italy, France, South Africa and Australia, so something is going OK. https://blog.virginiawine.org/virginia-is-home-to-wine-region-of-the-year/ 2017 was a long time ago, and they were still getting over the Mrs Kluge ownership. In a brief self congratulatory weakness, my 2017 grapes produced a Petit Verdot which was awarded a Governor's Cup Silver Medal in the 2121 competition.

Just a random observation. You have achieved a rare accomplishment here. Your regular posts are often so bizarre, off target, unsupported and weird, that when you are intentionally posting sarcasm as a joke, a lot of people don't know. I call it "postal relativism," when the judgement of the sincerity of a post or series of posts is based more on what the author has stated in the past than on the current post. Well done.

Certainly the astronomy community will be resting more comfortably. She's the one who claimed that the moon was a planet and it consisted mostly of gas, that wondered whether the Pathfinder, having landed on Mars, would be able to take a picture of the flag that Neil Armstrong planted there. And that the US Constitution was 400 years old, and...... Oh well, rest in peace.

So he uses some stupid claim by an ex analyst; not agent, an analyst, so state that: "The reality is that their all a bunch of hag bags like this." Ya. That passes for sound, discerning judgement. I wondered who this Beattie guy was, so I looked up his little bio to check his bona fides to make such a preposterous generalization. I that bio, he claims to have been an "ex White House official." His bio claims that he was actually a member of the "United States Commission for the Preservation of American Heritage Abroad," who was fired when Biden took office. Ya. for sure that makes him a White House Official and credible source to judge the entire CIA. That's the kind of nonsense that gets put out by these goofs every day, and you can do that little red X thing on this post again if you like. Either way, his broad brush claim is ridiculous and it's Bidenesque BS.
