  1. Im not saying to trade him for peanuts, im saying a 1st & 3rd no less then that.. I personally would love to keep Spiller, I think he is a dynamic weapon. One of the best players in the league. The problem is that Marrone & Hackett Offense doesn't seem to fit his skill set. If Spiller played for a coach like Peyton or Chip or even Reid he would be a all pro type player.
  2. Lets not forget Spiller just a season ago averaged 6yds a carry and had over 500yds receiving totaling over 1700 yds from scrimmage. Yes he had a down yr. But he still had over 1100yds offense on a bum ankle. A team I think would be a perfect fit is the Saints. Sean Peyton will find plenty of ways to use Spiller and I think that move can put there offense over the top. Spiller,Graham Sproles and Colston will be unstoppable. Sean Payton is the master of the screen pass. He will find ways to use both Spiller and Sproles together I agree with u on keeping our players but we also be smart about who we pay and who we let go. In these couple of yrs were gonna have alot of top talent up for contracts, Dareus,A Will, Hughes and Cordy. We can't keep then all
  3. I was thinking recently about the possibility of the Bills trading Cj this off-season. Trading Cj is definitely a possibility considering he has 2yrs left on his deal in which the second yr is a team option with big escalator bonuses reaching over 10mil. The Bills most likely are not going to pay Cj over 12 million in 2015. So what do we do? Cut him after next season or trade him now? I believe the Bills will be looking to deal Spiller this off-season and the perfect comparison for his trade value is P Harvin. The Seahawks gave up a 1st and 3rd rder for an explosive play maker that was in his contract yr. Harvin is an utility player that can play Wr,Rb and return kicks. Cj is the same type of player. He can play multiple positions and lets not forget Cj was one of the all time kick return specialists in NCAA history. Basically P Harvin should be the starting point for negotiations if the Bills desire to deal Cj and if anything we should probably ask for more considering that Harvin was coming of a major injury and is considered injury prone in many people's eyes. So What do u guys think? should we trade Spiller Is this a fair comparison for his value?
  4. We should also add a bk in the 3rd round. This is a strong yr for bks. Might even have a chance at Seastrunk, Hyde or Mason with our 3rd
  5. Id definitely make that deal. #26 - TE Austin Seferian Jenkins #35- Og Cyril Richardson #42- Og Gabe Jackson. Free agency sign Sebastian Veeldeer and we would have best oline in Football Still got 2 3rds to add lbs and wr's Behind that oline I wouldn't be surprised to run 180 a gm
  6. Riley Cooper would be the best fit for us, he wont cost much 4-5 mil per. He's a big wr 6´3 215lbs and he is entering his prime. I believe Riley fits in to the value players that Wally is looking for . He would definitely be my selection
  7. Couldn't of said it any better, but I guess Maroone forgot to check last season stats or rankings of our ST. I instead he wanted to bail out his friend by blaming st play on his players. Last time I checked Leodis averaged nearly 20yds a punt return in 2012.. 2013 he averaged nearly 5yds. That's a 75 percent decrease. SAME PLAYER DIFFERENT RESULTS
  8. I guess the problem here is that the Bills set very high expectations for Rogers coming off a season in D3 college football where he probably ran 1-2 routes tops and played against inferior opponents. There should of been more patients with DR, considering where he came from. Idk what the hell Marrone was thinking. We had the right idea but obviously the wrong approach. To qoute the great Mike Mayock this kid is like a piece of clay and needs to be molded over time. I believe he said that bout EJ when we drafted him but the same thing should of applied to the Young Unpolished DR..
  9. I watched the entire preseason all our games, Where was these plays by Hogan? If anything Kuafman had a way better preseason then both of them and he deserved the roster spot. What I did see was DR score a nice Td on a fade route. Which btw none of our wr's have done all season. Im tired of reading bout Hogans preseason. What he had a couple of 5yd catches with no separation.. The kid made the team cause of his knowledge of the offense that's bout it
  10. Why is this so difficult for u guys to understand, Rogers could of easily been put on the practice squad. His job was taken by Streeter not Hogan even though he is also garbage. The Bills should of given Rogers more time to develop, this kid was playing division 3 football the previous yr. He needed time to learn and develop. But he also showed lots of flashes during ota's and training camp. He connected on a ton of deep balls with Ej. The Bills made a big mistake not keeping.this kid
  11. I like your mock, but I feel like the most pressing need on this team is skill position difference makers. #1 find a team to trade bk with into 20´s draft Kelvin Benjamin - This dude is an absolute beast he has it all physically. Speed, Size 6´4 232, and he plays every bit of physical from jump balls to blocking. He needs a little polishing in his routes but that is teachable. He kind of reminds me of Larry Fitzgerald. #2 - Use our 2nd rounder and a 3rd to trade back into late first and take Austin Seferain Jenkins. ASJ is a all around TE prospect that NFL teams salivate for he has all the tools . He's cut from that Gonzalez, Gates tree of Te's with Basketball background. #3 - With the extra 2nd rounder we acquire from the first round trade I would select best guard available. There's 3 starting caliber guys Jackson, Yankey or Richardson whoever is left would be a big upgrade at LG. So that would be my plan, and if we even get 2 of these pks im doing cartwheels.
  12. We need to correct some wrongs I say we #1 bring back Dehaven he is an assistant ST coach in Carolina. #2 Hire Chan to be our QB / Ast Oc coach, he said he loves the Bills I think he would come back. He can install the pistol package that Cj flourished in. I also think the pistol is pefect for Ej.
  13. Why not? Thad is a nice 3rd string Qb that's still developing, Schuab will be a great insurance policy for Ej. Ej is hopefully our future Qb if he can stay healthy and develop over the off-season The Bills had 6 Qb's on our team over the course of the season. Hopefully we learned our lesson. Especially when it comes to Kevin Kolb. We can't depend on injury prone bk ups anymore
  14. Lets give EJ another yr, give him time to develop. But we definitely need to sign a veteran. Matt Schaub Mick Vick Josh McCown I prefer Schuab he's a seasoned veteran that knows how to win. If Ej flops or suffers another injury, Schaub can lead us to the playoffs. We should also keep Thad for our 3rd string QB. Schuab can be a bridge to whoever we draft in 2015.
  15. Its simple if u had a chance at Jimmy Graham or Logan Mankins who do u take? That's easy for me im going Jimmy all day.
  16. I absolutely agree with the draft Te method. MOF, I think the Bills should draft 2 of them. If we can trade down and add an extra 2nd rounder. I would draft Ebron or ASJ in the 1st. Take whoever remains out of those 3 players in the 2nd round. Preferably Ebron and ASJ because those 2 would complement each other skill sets to perfection. Asj is a big physical Gronk type that can stretch the seems and jump through the roof. While Ebron is the Veron Davis type. That has excellent speed and run after catch ability. These guys are also capable blockers so that would help our running gm. Ej would no doubt in my mind flourish with these 2 players. And with our extra 2nd rounder we can draft a OG, or Lber. Its time to jump on the Tight end bandwagon.
  17. Fire Hackett, the offense is as vanilla as Wanny mustache. If I see another draw I think I'm gonna throw up on myself. That play is horrible everyone knows where it's going. Ej is NOT a read option QB. He is a pocket passer and when the opportunity is there for him to run he can get a few yds. Ej is a Big Ben type Qb. There first seasons where very similar. Big Ben was a check down king in his first season. Hopefully Ej can take a few steps up for his second season and follow is Big Ben footsteps. I think we can all agree that is EJ's ceiling is Big Ben and his floor is Jason Campbell.
  18. We should stay away from Mike Evans, he runs like he's wearing concrete boots. What we need are a couple of Athletic TE's . If we finish in the top 7 in the draft. We should trade for bk to the 17-22 area and draft Eric Ebron who reminds me of Vernon Davis but more polished coming into the draft. With our early 2nd round pk I would take Austin Seferian Jenkins. He is a Gronk clone. I would even package our 2nd and 3rd to trade up into the late first to make sure we grab him before the Pats do. Ej needs a couple big athletic freak te's to control the middle of the field that would allow us to use these speed wr's we have to open things up in the deep gm. These 2 te's can also block well so that would help the running gm. This is a no brainer to me. I would love to see us make these moves
  19. This season has been the most profitable season in the history of sports books. The NFL definitely getting some of that action. Last week the Redskins were giving a 1st down the refs moved the chains and all after the next play was over the refs but the markers bk and made it 4th and inches. The Skins turnover the ball on that play. The score was 24 -17 @ the time of the blunder with under 2mins remaining. I went and checked the wager line and 67% of gamblers had there money on the over which was 43.. Now if thats not shady then I don't know is. Purely the NFL IS TRASH NOW AND FIXED
  20. This is by far the worst season I ever seen from an officiating aspect of the game. I actually feel like the games are fixed. Last week the Bills were bet by over 80% of the public. There was some very questionable calls in that gm. Not just the calls that made but alot of calls that weren't made. Especially in ot when Roddy White threw an illegal pk on Gilmore before the ball was in the air. That play put the Falcons n fg range. I am truly disgusted with the NFL
  21. Anyone know where the 6´5 Streeter is??? That's the guy they kept over Rogers. This team is a joke and everyone is in on it, Brandon,Whaley, Marrone etc, etc. I am ashamed to be a Bills fan for the first time in my life. 30yrs watching this team and now I'm pretty much done. Pathetic. Btw, to those that compare Hogan to Welker. Why would u do that because there both white? I mean c'mon man. There is no comparison other then the skin tone. Speed, quickness, route running. Welker and Hogan are about as comparable as night & day. Hogan is the guy in practice that plays his heart out. While everyone else is just going threw the motions, trying to work on there crafts. He probably runs through walk-throughs. The guy really doesn't have any skill whatsoever. He is small, slow with no quickness. The Bills made a terrible mistake not keeping the kid with upside over the Hogan. I mean Hogan couldn't even earn a roster spot on the Dolphins last season and they were desperate for wides.
  22. Nicks hasn't done anything in over 2yrs, he will not break the bank. The most he will get is 5mil a yr with incentives. No more then 10mil guaranteed he's lucky. If he wants more then that it's not worth it . I see him signing 5yr -25mil 10 mil guaranteed
  23. I would love to sign Veldheer and Alex Mack, cut Johnson and sign Nicks on the cheap. Our Oline will be the best in the NFL. LT-GLENN LG-MACK C-WOODS RG-URBIK RT-PEARS that's top notch. Also in the draft I would take Austin Seferian Jenkins and trade back into the late first for Eric Ebron if he's there. Ej needs 2Te's and he will be lethal. With those additions our run game will be unstoppable which would open up play action for Goodwin and Tj to stretch the field.
  24. The Bills are not so happy with there Left guard Situation and we have a problem with having a ton of talent at WR. So lets play the trade game. I got an idea, I believe the Bills should be giving the Seahawks a call for either LG John Moffitt or James Carpenter. Both players are young gems listed on there 2nd unit behind there veteran oline. The Seahawks are loaded upfront and can afford to make a deal like this considering there lack of a depth at WR and player that can stretch the field .TJ fits there needs 2 fold. This deal also makes sense for the Bills. We can kill 2 birds with 1 stone here. Besides getting a huge upgrade at left guard we also get to push our WR depth up by 1 player making the last cuts more reasonable.. Right now as is we will be cutting a WR or 2 that will be picked up right away by another team. I would hate to be in Whaley shoes right now with that decision to make.. So why not cash in on our WR talent to get better at another position of need? Wr core after trade SJ13, Woods, Goodwin, Rogers, and we can keep 2 out the next 3 Easley, Hogan or B Smith. We will still have plenty of Speed . Plus we might be able to sneak Hogan on the ps. If not him then Kaufman. Oline after trade Pears, Urbik, Wood, Moffitt, Glenn. Moffitt is a mauling run blocking guard and is good in pass pro.
  25. Lets relax here fellas on this Tuel-Time. I believe he has some talent but not nearly enough to justify replacing much needed snaps for EJ. I mean we got to play the Pats in week one, EJ needs all the work he can get in before the real bullets start flying vs our hated rivals and that game is what are need to be worried about . I believe the Bills organization finally, FINALLY have gotten it right with this New coaching staff and GM.. I mean its like breathing in fresh air for the very first time since being BORN!!! The DOUG`S have done nothing but good things since taking over for those old traditionalists that we had running our beloved Bills in previous yrs.. Out with the old in with the new baby!!!.. SO in the DOUG`s i Trust.. Besides Jeff Tuel played not only against 3rd and 4th stringers, he played against 3rd and 4th stringers that were totally not PREPARED for our new speed offense.. Who knows what the Colts coaching staff was thinking or even if they even tried to call the right defenses they couldn`t make there subs in on time. Tuel Time in the Shed was great and that`s were we need to leave him, in the shed until we need to use his Tuels. He is a perfect backup that has potential to blossom into a starting QB down the road. Maybe even trade bait if we are lucky.. In case some of u didn`t know Tuel was considered injury prone in college. He was never healthy.. Lets not try to ruin him. Instead let him develop his game and his body with time just like Tom Terrific but instead it can be TUEL TIME!!!
