Are RBs are not a threat we need to get stronger at that position. I agreed with the premise of your post we definitely need to upgrade this Oline in a huge way. Morse should be traded but I believe Bates can be a pro bowl caliber and would be a great replacement for him . With that being said we need to draft at least 2 Olinemen and sign a big ticket G basically the same recipe the Chiefs had.

So close yet so far away! I know on face value it seems that we’re close but actually we are very far there’s some key ingredients missing. Ingredients I don’t believe this admin is capable of delivering.

What I get from you is that discrediting Reed accomplishments by mentioning the team he played for. I can tell u with certainty that Reed would’ve been great for any team he played for because his skill set was basically unmatched in that era his run after the catch ability was second to none and his blocking was A+ he was not only gifted but also a hard worker he would show up to for the season in excellent shape. He was a 4th rd pick from small school he earned everything he got nothing was given. Don’t get me wrong I love Diggs his smooth route running is on the highest of levels and I also love his intensity and wasn’t bothered by what he did during the Cinny game. We need more guys with passion like that on this team. So please try not to use the he (Reed) played on a great team excuse as if he wasn’t a big part of that greatness because if we want to nitpick like that the same can be said for many many other hof players.

Please explain why u think Diggs is better then Reed? Do u realize Reed was #2 all time in Wr yards when he retired? He also was #1 in playoffs & Super Bowl until Rice beat him out in 95. He was one of the best ever at YAC & also one of the greatest blocking WRS in the history of the game. Reed gave us some wonderful moments like the Oilers greatest comeback game with 3tds and nearly 150yds there was many more great games to many to keep track of. I still remember being in the crowd vs the Dolphin’s when broke there backs in the 4th quarter on Sunday night football scoring a 83yd TD what was the best thing about that TD he turned around at around the Dolphins 40yd line running backwards while mocking the Dolphins D! You can have your opinion I respect it but Diggs is nowhere near Andre Reed in the history of the Bills.

#1 - Oline Additions - Bills fix there Oline adding 2 new interior players that can lean on people and bust open holes in the run game as well as pass block . Spencer Brown also adds 20lbs of muscle and becomes a beast at RT. #2- Build a Running Game- Whether via the draft or free agency the Bills add a true elite back that can break tackles and has the speed to take the distance on any play. Also learning how to use our backs in the passing game adding screens to this offense would be huge. #3- Wrs- We need to add a burner on the outside someone like Darius Slayton for cheap and also find a slot WR in the later rds of the draft. What’s important here is Gabe goes bk to 2021 form he gained to much weight and muscle last yr and I believe it took some of his quickness and flexibility away. Gabe can be an excellent #2 Wr he just needs to work hard on adding to his route tree and his hands. In a contract season I believe Gabe will be better then anyone of these big names overpriced Wrs on the market like Juju or Dj Chark . #4- Offensive Philosophy- Dorsey needs to find better ways to use his offensive players to there strength’s. This offense needs more screens to RB, Wrs & TEs we need more slants to Diggs and Gabe and he needs to feature Knox way more. We need to use Knox like the Eagles use Goedert or how KC uses Kelce . I would love to see 1 season where Knox gets over 130 targets he can be a force in this league if he’s used properly. Dorsey adding these easy plays to the offense it will force Josh to take what the defense is giving him . I would love to see our offense like the Eagles we’re they force defenses to defend every inch of the field by attacking horizontally and vertically. By making these changes and adding a running game the Bills offense will be Super Bowl caliber. #5- Defensive Philosophy- Maybe with the addition of Al Holcomb he’ll be the difference in getting our Dline into some more stunts , twists and lining up in some wide 9 formations essentially getting these young dlineman developed . Frazier and Holcomb need to combine there defenses and create more of a aggressive defense playing more man coverage as well as mixing in with these zones Frazier loves pre and post snap. We also need Holcomb to be the guy that makes adjustments at halftime or any part of the game if need be. Frazier needs to be open to these changes or we can see him getting fired during the season and Holcomb taking full control of the defense. Well these are my ways to getting us to the show . At the end of the day the Bills really need to adjust there philosophies on offense and defense sometimes that’s more important then bringing in new talent.

I rather sign Barkley he’s the better player and Cook looked like he lost step last season.

U don’t need hofers at every pick but u do need to hit on some difference makers every once in a while and that’s something he hasn’t done other then the Josh Pk in 2018. Please don’t use the excuse of drafting late in the first rd because the Ravens, Steelers amongst other have drafted brilliantly from the end of the first rd for years. I can tell this for certain your not gonna find much difference makers at DE towards the end of the first rd or the 2nd rd for some reason that’s been the weak spot for that position for yrs. It’s on the GM to know this and to look at other positions to draft late in the first or in the 2nd rd. Wrs, RBs, Oline, Lbers , corners just about every other position u can find elite players in those spots. It seems to me that McD meddles in the draft a little too much just the other day I was watching footage of when we drafted Boogie and McD was amped saying he got a great feeling about Boogie and Beane looked kind of disturbed with the whole thing like here we go again type look on his face. Beane got to take control and keep McD out of it if not they’ll be both out of a job soon.

Yup it’s time for McD to start holding a play chart like all the other good coaches do.

I believe Shakir will be the slot next season and a very good one at that. Bills need to be very careful with how they proceed with outside Wr #2 . The draft is weak at Wr this yr most of the higher ranked guys are more slot players then outside Wrs. If I’m the Bills I’m bringing back Gabe as my #2 Wr maybe he adds a couple routes to his tree this off-season. He is going into his last yr of his deal and he’s a hard worker so we might see a huge improvement going into his last yr .Gabe might of gained to much weight last offseason I heard he gained 20lbs of muscle he needs to trim that bk down to his playing weight in 2021 . Doing that and working on his route tree and hands can go along way to him reaching his ceiling at WR. When it comes to free agent Wr the answer is not there either how much of a upgrade is Dj Chark over Gabe? To be honest I think there the same type of player and to me Chark is not worth the 10mil plus a yr contract he’s seeking. I think the Bills should be patient in free agency go after some of these lesser named talents like Darius Slayton on a cheap 2yr deal for about 12mil . Don’t overspend on middle of pack Wrs that’s not a good way to build a team. This off-season is the perfect time to rebuild the Oline and add some nasty backs. This is the best way to get better offensively for Bills. Having a strong rushing attack would help Josh and his Wrs drastically I would much rather spend some cap money on Oline and RB like Saquon or Jacobs then a Juju type or Chark . I don’t believe Cook is anything more then a scat back change of pace kind of guy. Offensive philosophy changes are in need here I think we have a lot of talent and adding a running game would help but also adding some screens too this offense would be huge as well as changing up the pecking order of targets . Dorsey needs to diagram way more looks for Knox and make him our 2nd go to guy in this offense in the passing game. If Knox played in SF or KC u would see him getting targeted much more. I believe he has the talent to be a great TE he just needs his coaches to make life easier on him. All in all this team needs to fix this Oline and add a superior running back and make some adjustments to peaking order in passing game and look out !

Might be sooner then u think Newton was a shell of himself by year 8 . QBs that take hits like Josh don’t last long. I hope that he can play another 10-12 yrs at a high level but to be honest I expect 3-4.

Plus the cap is about to go up drastically in the coming yrs and some of these guys will be no longer on the team. Draft to replace Dawkins and Tre . Mof we can open up 30mil in cap space just by trading Morse Tre Oliver

We can also sign these guys with little impact to the 2023 cap . The rest of the roster can be filled with the draft and dust settle free agents.

It’s it really magic or is it an illusion? lol Sounds like huge problems and yes we’ve been hearing about these issues for years and there still not fixed!

Belicheck knew when to move on from players he’d either trade them a yr before they hit free agency or cut them outright. They also took advantage of players that we’re available due to so called bad character issues once he had that culture in place. Now that strategy didn’t always pan out but they took there swings when they could. The Pats were also never really married to one strategy or system they always seemed to be one step ahead of there opponents. Which made it very hard for teams to prepare for them. If defenses put to many secondary players on the field to stop the pass Belicheck would just trample u with the run all day and vise versa with the pass . They were married to winning not systems. Plus the Pats always were good in the trenches. They were a physical team a smart team and aggressive .

Any organization that keeps getting lit up like a Christmas tree in the playoffs would bypass the regular season success. The blunders are inexcusable the Houston comeback, AFC championship game 38pts allowed , the 13 secs game got lit up and massive choke at the end of the game & then there’s this ass whopping by bkup Oline man . U want more then that? Or are u just happy with putting whippings on horrible teams during regular season?

Most of those 3rd quarter pts came in blowouts early in the season. After our bye we struggled mightily after the halftime we were also 21st in 4th quarter points so that tells u something was wrong in 2nd halves!
