  1. Page number equals my area code. That is all. Will check back when you get to my local zip code. Good day!
  2. Well if he gets picked up by another team, he can at least now direct his scorn and disdain towards the Jets now...
  3. Almost exactly like the Sabres when Miller got trucked and concussed. Everyone stood around and looked for someone else to do something. Gutless...
  4. Bill, yours is normally the first post I read after the game, be it Sunday night or Monday morning at work. I like that you are objective in your views and most of your points (whether I agree or not) are well thought out. You're right, season is over, but I still feel like this team is a long, long way from turning the corner. Lastly, I told my cousin this today, I feel like the Bills suffer from Stockholm Syndrome every single time they travel to or even host New England. We give them way to many opportunities, it's like we feel obligated to do so.
  5. #55 CeeLo Green's songs get me so pumped up before a game! (btw, worst sports intro theme ever!)
  6. Him ^^^^^^^ Not one bit.
  7. Kind of a Spoiler alert for those who recorded the show and haven't watched it yet: Carl (aka Cooooooorl) is going to be a very messed up kid by the end of this show's run. I see his character taking a rather dark turn now. The Lori thing kind of puzzles me, we all assume she is gone, but I really wonder if this is the last we see of "her." Aaaaaaand once again, the Andrea character just pisses me off. Giving the map to skinny Rowdy Burns, all but throwing herself at the guv. I texted a friend of mine that (maybe it's just me) but I found it hilarious that when she was talking to Michone, she called him "the governor." I told my friend, I bet she called Bob Cobb "The Maestro" too! Are we sure it was "Too Short" that was busting the locks? So was he the one outside the prison spying on Carol playing "Operation" on that zombie? Seems like we have a new T-Dog with the prison inmate. "Meet the new T-Dog, same as the old T-Dog." And I agree with you Buftex, this "we gotta find Carol" could eat up valuable plot time, but if it does, IMO it will not be fun.
  8. Oh yeah, Skooby was freakin riot. College kid? Fancied himself as quite the Lothario with the ladies right? Speaking of college kid, what happened to LSI?
  9. I have to admit the Govenor's sports bar wall of heads totally caught me off guard. He's obviously going to do something with harnessing the walkers and making them "useful" somehow. After watching this last episode again, I noticed that Michone and the gov's black henchman seem to have some sort of "connection" maybe back to pre-zombie days or something?
  10. Unfortunately... yes. Now that he's a fancy-dancy "mod" he's become drunk with power and is here all the more!
  11. He'll probably say he left a trail of candycorn for you to follow so you could find him John. Bawl is an unabashed fan of the candycorn. In fact, today is a red-letter day for him; he raids the local grocery stores buying up all the left over candy corn and candy pumpkins.
  12. Sketch for sure. Nervous Guy. The Dean. I wish I could put Beerbawl on this list, but he won't go away!!!!
  13. Happy birthday, to the man who remembers every one else's freaking birthday religiously each and every year! Enjoy Mead... (I mean enjoy your day mead, unless of course you really like the drink Mead, then enjoy that too! Wait? What)
  14. It took me all of about five minutes of Andrea screen time for me to remember just how much I dislike that character. The show has definitely taken an interesting turn in just three episodes. I have to admit I enjoyed a break from the Grimes gang's dysfunction, but something tells me the "point of view" shot of Carol out by the perimeter of the fence they showed two weeks ago somehow ties in with Woodbury. Interesting fact I learned from Sunday's show, that Daryl isn't even a character in the comic book and he's arguably the most popular one now. (Geek alert) the following he's got reminds me of the Boba Fett fans from the Star Wars franchise.
  15. I do the exact same thing! FWIW, I always disregard Pooj's answer, because he always says yes.
  16. Don't listen to any these numbskulls advice...
  17. Maybe this post takes it to page 666?
  18. Colorado has had this irritating "drive left/pass right" M.O. for years and in all honesty I thought it was a unique problem, but after reading this thread, I see it's happening all over. In the southern tier of WNY I know people used to drive in the left lane on Rte17/86 because the right lane was nothing but potholes and that kind of made sense, but out here the roads are for the most part fine, so I think it's just a lack of courtesy and self-centeredness.
  19. Winner!!!!!!
  20. My dog Dexter running to greet me everyday when I get home. Sitting on my back deck with my wife having a drink. Quiet time in my mancave with Dexter. Oysters. Pinehurst, NC
  21. Yes. The whole facebook thing never ceases to amaze me. If you post it on FB, just go ahead and assume the entire world is gonna see it.
  22. http://www.krdo.com/community/31073392/detail.html Students asked to portray a person from history they as a part of "Wax Museum Day." A member of the staff took exception to this child (second grader) coming school in makeup to appear like Dr. Martin Luther King because it might be offensive to other children. My co-worker said it best, "This is not what Martin Luther King's dream was I don't think." Just like youth sports, schools are becoming things that are great ideas that adults just screw up.
  23. So on the media barometer list, I'll put him down as a "like" for the time being.
  24. In a previous life I worked as a skip-tracer for a credit agency and I had some dealings with Mr. Office.
