  1. That's Bruce Jenner. He just needed attention that he wasn't getting while living with those bitches. I agree, why should HE get that award?
  2. Anyone up for doing the Jim Kelly avatar thing again? I never did change mine back. Prayers for ya, big guy!
  3. Now that he is done with the Olympics, Goodwin will be our #3 wr. Not.
  4. Did you see those awesome coverage skills by MD on those 2 bengals td passes? We need more of that.
  5. So how does this work again? If the baby sits low, it's boy?
  6. Slow time of the year. He has 20 rec and 3 td's in 3 seasons with us. 17 of those rec and all 3 td's in year 1 with us. That's 3 rec and 0 td's in the last 2 seasons. That's a lot of print for a player who has given us virtually nothing. Just saying.
  7. Can Annan do this? O"Leary is a tough S.O.B. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UbJ64dx9ui0
  8. It's Rex that's significant, not the team.Rex=clown Rob=fat ass clown I do hope these clowns know what they're doing. HAPPY FATHER'S DAY TO ALL THE DADS ON BOARD!
  9. Too late, we got Rex and that's not his style. +1
  10. So,now fix a defense that wasn't broken til Rex broke it.
  11. I think those issues affected Mario as well, or was he supposed to rise up above Rex's terrible efforts last season while the rest of the d gets a pass?! Wow! Just wow!
  12. You know if you remove the term defensive coach to just coach, you may be have something here. Bill is an excellent coach overall, not just a defensive coach. If it ain't working Bill will adjust. Rex, not so much. "I need a certain type of player and we don't have that so that's why we sucked. But we're gonna beat Bill". So Rex can't adjust to what he has on the roster? And it was a hell of a defensive roster. Pretty sure Bill would have made it work a lot better than Rex did. Jmo.
  13. I know it's the time of year to try and feel better, but did you notice when we lost key players I Rex's defense, we really felt it too?! That was one of a few excuses Rex used. Also, Rex has had the likes of Ray Lewis mo Wilkerson to name a few. He has always had dominant player to implement his d. He also had a high number of early draft picks on d w the jets and that d still struggled at the end of his tenure. To say Rex succeeded without dominant players or doesn't need dominant players is wrong imo. Marenelli(sp) in Dallas did more with less talent. Let's trade Marcell and Hughes for a couple of average Joes and see what happens. This Rex koolaid is pretty sweet today. I agree it's not so much that he asks them to drop into coverage, but it sounds like he was the wrong coach for this team at the time he was hired. Now it's too late to turn back and must find the right olbs, and an ilb.
  14. As with Winston and Marriota, it's too early to clearly to know where to put TT. it was his 1st year as a starter. Glad we have him though. I think he takes a big step forward, but we are a running team and he won't be counted on to do as much as the other qb's. He may be REALLY underappreciated on rankings because of this next year.
  15. Draymond Green will play RT and (accidentally) kick everyone in the nuts.
  16. Sorry, couldn't sleep last night. Can't wait for the epic reply though. I do like his comments. Seems like he wants to do this. Hope it's not half serious, cuz, you know Rex wants "all-in" this year. I really hope everyone is "all-in". This way Rex and Rob can show what they are made of. We'll see.
  17. I trusted that "good defensive coach" last year and...dammit, I said I wasn't trying to bash Rex here and what do I do? Caught myself. Kinda what I'm thinking. Like Jim Kelly said last year about Mario: "he's getting paid a boat load of $ to hit the QB".
  18. I'm curious what the thoughts are on moving Hughes to a 3-4 olb from 4-3 de. I'm really concerned and the main reason is wasn't he drafted as a 3-4 olb and flame out in Indy? We got him for a steal because he wasn't working out as an olb. We bring him in as a 4-3 de and bamm! He blossoms into a disrupting sack machine. 10 sacks 2 yrs straight. Now he's back to a position where he struggled enough to warrant a trade for a song. I routinely bash Rex,that's not what I'm trying to do here, but why would Rex move him back to a position where he failed when he showed so much before Rex? How does this even make sense? I hope this move works out, but I have serious doubts and if he resorts back to his Indy performance along with Lawson out for a while we are screwed. IMO Rex is not putting Hughes in a place where he can succeed. Thoughts?
  19. It's not a bs story. Keep in mind there is a big difference between AWOL and MIA. AWOL means absent from the armed forces without permission (Webster), MIA means a soldier who was not found after a battle and who may or may not be dead(again Webster's dictionary). Tyler clearly refers to MIA, the OP(reed83hof) started the use of AWOL. Big difference guys. Henderson didn't need permission to be in Minnesota for the recovery. If he was required to report, then maybe the term AWOL would be appropriate. He was "missing in action" though. Quote from the article: "clearly if any of his coaches called he would've returned the phone call. But to this day, nobody has called him." Where some of you guys come up with AWOL from Tyler's article is beyond me. Tyler says MIA in the title and reed 83 says AWOL. BIG difference and starts the post using the wrong term. Tyler is correct here, Henderson was not AWOL and Tyler never claimed he was.
