All he said was "We blame Rex for the bad coaching job he did last season". Sure, we had injuries. So did every team, even the playoff teams. And if you think Mario alone caused our d to suck, wow! Having said all of that, Rex did have a really bad year coaching us last season. Hopefully you can see that. Too many excuses for such a genius to need.

I wouldn't blame reading comprehension, just a difference of opinion. IMO Rex should get the bulk of the criticism.

Teams adjusted to our defense when Schwartz was dc. He just did a better job of combating those adjustments. A brilliant defensive mind like Rex surely knew teams would adjust to his defense, right?! "But, they were throwing too fast. What were we supposed to do? They wouldn't play fair." Not trying to be rude, but this is the lamest excuse for a Brilliant mind like Rex. Don't you think? JMO but with Schwartz still here and the improved offense, we make the playoffs.

So what's the excuse for the rest of the defense? Mario was clear and made sense when he said if it was just his play, fine. But this was across the board. The whole defense regressed and the reason was plain as day. Rex put our whole defense in a bad position, literally and figuratively. Mario is gone,leave him be.

Rex crapped on the team. Mario quit but still led us in sacks, I believe. Rex misused a hell of a defense and he's not changing,why should Mario? Again, he was a gonner anyway,so he made a stand. After thinking about this for a while, I say "well played, Mario". He doesn't want to be here and it's simply cuz of Rex. He played his way out if this mess and can go where ever he wants. Well played. He knew he was a gonner at the end of the season anyway. I'm pretty sure at least 1 or 2 defenders on the bills would love to be on that position. I think he makes the pro bowl next yr.

I don't like the move either. He's solid depth at 2 positions, maybe 3(both guard positions and center).

Lack of talent in a particular unit? You mean the players that excelled the year before? This d was toast even with Kyle, and it was the same group as the previous year. Look, I hope he turns this d around, but these bs excuses for rex are amazing. Kyle wasn't gonna help the calls come in on time or get the right sub's in on time. THE COACHING WAS HORRIBLE. Just watching this past season, anyone could see this team was poorly coached. Didn't the giants coach say we will beat ourselves because of Rex?

If no long term deal is worked out,then hell yes you tag him. As far as the online goes, Glenn 1st then Ritchie. If we lose Glenn, I think the offense takes a couple of steps backwards.

Not sure if you read my whole post. The mayor isn't part of the justice system and won't be a part of the trial. Nor is he with the media. Those folks should adhere to the alleged statement. The mayor can say he saw shady swinging fists,just like I did. Shady is innocent until proven guilty in the legal system,but not on public opinion. The mayor knows what he saw and so do you. He's not innocent in my eyes nor the Mayor's and that is not a bad thing.IMO.

Hmm, I saw the video and Lesean did what he did. Maybe a lawyer, a reporter, or ESPN should use the word alleged, but I don't have a problem with the mayor saying what he did. Not really a time to be PC here.

I can buy beer at a FSU basketball game cuz the arena isn't on campus, FSU just voted to sell beer at their baseball games.The baseball stadium is on campus.I cannot buy beer at an FSU football game as the stadium is on campus, unless I am in a club/luxury box. I'm so confused.
