  1. Christmas cookies with anise flavoring may be the most delicious thing ever...with a hot cup of coffee and kids sleeping, there’s nothing better...........except for a free Jerry Sullivan article. Come on, try it....everyone’s doing it.
  2. Ahhhh, but I already know what they said...and I don't get offended by what a journalist writes from week to week. There is no grand conspiracy to elevate Sullivan's "click count". You can read the article and enjoy it rather than denigrating the offer from the OP.
  3. Well, if you want to hear actual quotes from Tre White and Lorenzo, those are in there. I doubt you'll read those quotes anywhere else. Guess you missed out.
  4. ^^ Mind in gutter
  5. Facebook - yes. Mostly to watch funny puppy videos and wish people Happy Birthday. Good recipes on FoodNetwork page and PioneerWoman. TBD - Yes, but have to block more members like Gugny and ChefJim...stalkers. HotBacon - Great app that let's you chat with pigs before they become breakfast meat. ClickMeMore - a fun app where you send texts to strange women in Asia and they ram their faces into rolls or other yeast breads. HappyJack - This is a cool site that looks like a dark hallway with holes in the wall at waist level. You position your cursor over the hole and weird sounds travel through your phone. Must be a Halloween site because there's a lot of deep moans and groans.
  6. I'm 485 lbs and I jog 4 miles every day. No problems.
  7. Would it be inappropriate if a guy brought a pitcher over and ordered 48 samples?
  8. I hear ya. I also shut the Jets game off in the 4th quarter. Couldn't enjoy the game after the build up, etc. My point in comparing Luck to say Sammy Watkins (for example) was that Luck had a torn labrum but still went out there and gave it a shot (albeit he played like **** given his injury). That injury affected his ability to throw. Some could argue that Sammy's foot injury limited his ability to run a route effectively but our staff said it was a "pain tolerance issue". Not sure I trust Rex but that's what he was told. Take another example...Ramon Humber broke his hand in the Falcons game and was later seen on the field playing LB. Some players have pain tolerance at a 9-10...some have a tolerance at 5-6. I suppose it isn't criticism of those at the 5-6 level, but more so admiration for a guy who can (still wants to) play at the 9-10 level.
  9. Did someone say "FREE BEER"???
  10. Did you think letting Gilmore walk in favor of Tre White was a good idea? Just curious.
  11. Nice article. Thanks Josh. Tre White has played extremely well for a rook. Staying humble is in the McDermott DNA. This last line of the article speaks volumes: "Evidently, you can't win with this kid. It's better than some former Bills, who didn't seem to care one way or another. "
  12. You could have given a Shout Out to the Attica Hotel....geez
  13. Rifle...archery open
  14. Almost deers season
  15. We should take care of our own bidness...we're in the driver's seat
  16. An example of what DOES NOT happen at Hammer’s lot ...although we did find 3 broken tables after the Raiders game.
  17. I opted to get her the "Sock Purse"
  18. I like the second illustration better...but I can't lie: I'd take either scenario. Have to handle our work at home and vs. SD first.
  19. I'm as guilty of doubting some injuries as the next guy. When you have Andrew Luck playing with a shredded shoulder you realize some players have a higher pain tolerance than others (I think it was our own medical staff that said Sammy's foot injury was more of a pain tolerance issue before the surgery). The other thing many of us have experienced is "Jairus Byrd Syndrome" (when he had plantar fasciatis, didn't play but then signed with the Saints, many here were po'd). Then you have Marcel's hammy during the first week of training camp...the list goes on and on.
