    Fred was the # 2 when preseason started and fell down the chart. So most likely he had a chance to make the team but was beat out.

    Any chance that they with sand bagged the play makers during the preseason so they would be harder to prepare for? Clay wasent listed as hurt and we didnt see much of him.

    Since Fred was not going to be the feature back saving the money to resign future good young players sounds like a good idea to me. It seems that Williams showed enough that he was worth keeping, and will be cheep for the next 3 years. The Pats dont seem to be hurting by letting twilight players leave.

    Funny hearing how bad the depth is considering 1 of last years starters is now a backup, and a backup/starter is now on the practice squad. Sure sounds like the depth is much improved over last year, but I guess some folks are never satisfied.

    the story is if a team is in bad shape on WR they might give a ton for Harvin or Woods.

    Not so sure about that. He looked very good last week, he needs to be kept for sure.

    I know its a hot topic and all but i am thrilled that there are 2 QBs at look better than anyone else that the bills have had in years. But, the only opinion that counts is Rex's. He will start the QB that gives us the best chance to win. Lastly, I think QB by committee is the way to go, let the opponents game plan for two different QBs in one week.

    No brainer to keep all three!! Cassel I believe is on a one year deal so possibly not back next year. If Taylor is the guy EJ is a good backup because he could be a running QB as well, so if Taylor goes down they dont need a different offence for the back up. Lastly the cap money is spent, and as a back up EJ is fine.

    This stuff gets crazy after a while. Last night Matt showed he is still relevant and an upgrade over Orton, not to mention Taylor look better than any other backup I have seen in a while. Lastly, what evidence is their that NY is willing to trade him anyway. These threads suck!!

    But, wait the bills were stupid to dump this guy!!! So were the Colt and Chiefs... He couldnt make the Bills when they didnt have a very good WR core, that should have been telling enough.
