  1. This is interesting. Bit of a switch I think as we're traveling Benford, when I think traditionally McDermott didn't do that
  2. I think that would come out when the Cover1 guys do their stuff with the A22 right?
  3. I agree that players need to be ready (not with the last part, NFL players are expected to walk and chew gum), but that's also where your position coaches have a huge role. Brady does not have a position room. He's there witht he QBs in building a game plan, and then working with the pass game/run game coordinators, analysts, position coaches etc. His job is to build a game plan around the talent that's given to him by his head coach and position coaches
  4. Can you add some context to this please?
  5. As I've sat with this, I really don't have much blame for Brady, and if anything I actually have MORE respect for the man. He's doing a good job with a very limited deck of cards in terms of weaponry
  6. I thought Gabe was basically here to be in a professional setting to recover from injury
  7. If they were healthy, they're a single deep threat away from being perhaps the best team in the League. That's not actually a bad thing
  8. His scheme is multiple. Like what don't you like about it? We use man, we use zone, zone match, and maybe even some man matching stuff. He;s got a plethora of blitzes in there as well He's still relatively green though. Hopefully he'll learn something out of this and grow
  9. Because part of his job is to mentor and develop coaches Playcalling is often a group effort. Brady wants to a call a run play, asks Kromer his suggestion, and then they go out and do that, unless Brady disagrees with it. Same thing with Passing plays. He'll work with Ronald Curry to get the right play in.
  10. Also with the Pats, they got lucky. The officiating was about as bad and unlucky for one team as I can remember in that first half, and it prevented Buffalo from taking a decent lead going into half. 2nd half, Maye and Diggs kept pulling rabbits out of their hats, or victimizing a washed Tre White.
  11. Last season they went out and got the top available WR at the deadline. It didn't work out, but that's hindsight analysis
  12. He and Brady have lost faith in our WRs without Palmer IMO. Hence a more horizontal and quick passing game. Rather than testing CBs deeper and asking our WRs to make contested catches. This isn't what you'd think Brady wants. He's from the lineage of Sean Peyton, and you saw the scheme they had at LSU when they had talent. This man wants to go intermediate, go deep. He doesn't want to rock fight his way to wins. I actually think I'm fairly complimentary of him at this point, for swallowing his pride, and committing to the rock fight, that fits the talent he's got.
  13. This isn't a Super Bowl team. I actually think the defense can get there. I think the offense needs an injection of blue chip talent at WR, and then maybe someone like healthy Josh Palmer opposite. So basically two starters at this point I actually still believe in Keon's ceiling and potential as a #2 complementary guy, but he's clearly going through something right now, and he's still relatively young
  14. Some stereotypes run true. I couldn't remember where Riley Moss went to school. Noticed he was a white CB, assumed Iowa...turns out he went to Iowa
  15. Danny Dimes turning into an MVP Caliber QB is just wild to me
  16. ok does Andy Dalton have a poker table in NYC he's in trouble with
  17. yea you can go ahead and take away his helmet and shoulder pads
  18. I want to see him get to 200. And then go ahead and sit him
  19. Keon, you need some confidence man. Glad youo got that one
  20. I wonder if the change actually happened in the 2nd half of the ATL game, where the Bills D was borderline dominant
  21. Don't think we got a close up of him while on D
