Dion was doing exactly what he should be doing as a leader. Clearly the soft approach to Keon wasn't working. They changed things up a bit with some mild public criticism. And emphasize mild. Dion's message was for more empathetic and encouraging than critiquing. Keon is 21, and clearly hasn't matured yet. Maybe this is the moment that drives him forward to give 100% every snap in practice and games, and even if you're the offball WR, to play hard

my guess is that last year or this year they weren’t really targeting Super Bowl, but rather an overhaul while the plane is in the air. The roster last year getting to the AFC Championship was a decent amount of luck. They’ve overturned quite a bit of the 23 roster at this point, and I think with this offseason that work will be complete and it’s on to then next 4 year generation of the Allen era
