    I'm sorry that's ridiculous. Henderson is a good football coach and one of the best secondary coaches. And he had problems with Whaley here. This already isn't going to go well.

    The bits I know about McDermott is his success rate with an extra blitzer is very high. He doesn't blitz often but does one of the best jobs making sure the blitzer gets home.

    Yup. Holmgren, a better coach, failed at trying to be an executive in Cleveland.

    Meh. I don't get Coughlins role. He's never been a personnel guy, so what's his job exactly? To coach the coach and GM? I'd bet this fails just like Holmgren did in Cleveland and I think Holmgren was a better coach than Coughlin.

    I actually don't mind going for it. The called play was stupid. If you are going to go for it... put the ball in the hands of your HoF QB, not your converted WR to RB.

    I mean he just helped more than a little on that play. Could have been sacked twice. And I'm not even just talking about this game. They have actually given him a lot of time.

    They've had Nelson all season and Randall Cobb is active, what are you talking about? Both Lacy and Stark are OK backs. Underratting? Look what good Qbs do for their OL around the league. Their biggest problem is depth. They have none, which is where the FO comes in.
