This is what we usually do as well, and we come from Rochester like the OP. The game changer was when they made 20A one-way postgame a few years ago. In better weather/daylight we’ll take 20A as far as Geneseo (and it’s a gorgeous drive). But there’s a ton of options to hang a louie off 20A and head north to the thruway. The 219, N. Buffalo St, Transit, 77, you can go as far east as your comfort level and drivetrain will take you.

We’re going to get a natural grass field wheeled in and out on a giant tray?

There’s no question Von’s injury takes a major asset off the field, but it’s pretty clear just having him around will still be of some genuine benefit.

Why exactly does Tua warrant all the ballwashing from Collinsworth? Consolation prize for having his brain broken twice at the beginning of the season?

Dolphins/Bills - Saturday, December 17th, 8:15PM

It makes sense NBC didn’t want the Fish on SNF two weekends in a row. Tua has already shown he’s good for some horrifying medical imagery that makes children scream and grown men weep. They don’t need that on their air twice in a week. -

I love Al, but in Q1 once Herbstreet starting gushing about the Pats playing with a chip on their shoulder I switched over to the 96.5 broadcast here in ROC to sync up Murph and eWood instead. -

That fifteen minutes Pats fans were going ape****, thinking they were back, is going to end up featured on their highlight reel for this season. -

“Fan” is literally short for “fanatic.” Live and let live. Some say wearing another person’s name on your back is cringe, but they’ll have to pry my Von and Bruce jerseys from my cold, dead fingers. -
Who’s the Wookiee sitting next to Dorsey??

My low key favorite part was the ravens D all fighting and arguing with each other on the sideline at the end. -

I don’t like winning the one score game. Clearly it’s on the coaches and Tremaine Edmunds. -

So many tipped passes. Clearly the problem is coaching and Tremaine Edmunds. -
NFLPA initiating investigation into Tua’s concussion protocol

I’m curious about the “Unaffiliated Neurotrauma Consultant” role, which is the official term from the NFL website. Everyone keeps saying “neurologist,” but is it an MD? Just wondering what the qualifications are of these UNCs. -
-
U of Cinn has an excellent neurology program, that’s what Tua needs right now.
-
Fitz is smart, he knows what he just saw. “Moving extremities” doesn’t mean anything with that type of brain injury. As a neurologist friend just put it, he’s gotta worry about being able to toilet himself, never mind playing football again.
-
-
according to a friend who knows what they’re talking about, not exactly a fencing response, but a reflex, and “his brain did that, his hand didn’t. he might have herniated his brain.” Whoever sped him back onto the field last Sunday needs to be arrested.

I’m not a doctor, but I’ve watched a hell of a lot of ER. That looked like TBI posturing right there. Not good.
