Because Fitzpatrick was not the option at that point in time, Buddy got caught in a phone trap, and I don't remember the free agent QB market to be great... so you take a QB and hope for the best.

The only legitimate beef people can really claim is the EJ pick, imo. But, the Bills were forced into a QB pick, traded down, picked up an extra pick (who turned into Kiko/Shady, I think?), and still got the guy they wanted. It's not like that QB class was super great (unless I'm forgetting someone?). Other than that, I can't see how anyone can complain. I guess you can hindsight OBJ instead of Sammy, but OBJ wasn't rated nearly that high from what I remember, and we were looking at Ebron if we didn't trade. I'm not sure if it's realistic to expect a GM to hit a homerun on every draft pick, but I think Whaley has done a good job building talent for this team. Our problems lie with coaching and injuries at this point.

Robert Woods, Chris Hogan and Charles Clay are going to need to be on their games on Thursday. Not saying Sammy can't beat Revis, but it'll be different than abusing Grimes all day.

Defenses are in a really tough position, if they stack the box to play the run/tyrod scramble, then he can throw it deep to Sammy. I really wish we had another speed/deep threat guy though. Too bad about Goodwin's durability.

I feel like more pro players should have no or private social media accounts.

If we had just a couple less injuries, and lowered our penalty numbers by like 25%, we'd be in pretty good shape. We can control the latter, and hopefully it'll happen.

Tyrod has been great! My only complaint is that he holds on to the ball too long sometimes, and doesn't seem to trust receivers other than on long bombs.

Indeed... a handful of questionable chess moves by the new HC, I'm sure a learning experience for him.

I've been relatively ok with Roman this year... there's some absolutely confusing play calls at times (too much trickery), but otherwise I think we have a good offense when most of our starters out there. Our depth is a concern though, as evidenced by the last two weeks.

If Miami stuffs the ball in at the end of the half, and we don't get away with a hold, this game would be much different. It was closer than the score says, and the defense was problematic for 2.5 quarters. I don't understand why people can't show concern about parts of the team, even in victory. The D stepped up, and our offense kept clicking, so again, awesome team victory
