  1. If you are going to choose, Kyle Van Noy > Aaron Donald.
  2. To be fair, it’s what people also said about Mac Jones. Well, the noodle-armed part.
  3. I cannot believe that noodle-armed QB is an MVP candidate. Any one of us could run that offense with those skills players, and put up decent numbers. Two of his touchdown passes yesterday, there wasn’t even a defender on the screen. McCaffrey fell down, got back up, and still scored untouched.
  4. I look at it as the guard who draws contact on his drive to the lane, even when he is barely grazed. Josh is the “Judah Mintz” of NFL QB’s. Love it because it’s my guy.
  5. “Just give it to them.”
  6. That was playoff football. Just survive and win ugly. Next game up, put this one on the shelf
  7. Allen makes a super human play and you have drops, or a holding call to kill drives in the second half. The dude was under constant duress against the Super Bowl champ in their house with the mo on their side. That’s a big-time win.
  8. I think it was three timeouts actually. McDermott called the first timeout to set the D on 4th and 15, pre-Mahomes meltdown.
  9. Time was never going to be the issue for Patrick Mahomes. We had to get one stop and the clock wasn’t the obstacle.
  10. I thought Josh played out of his mind with the OL becoming turnstile.
  11. Stay classy, Kansas City, who gets benefit of every call in the playoffs.
  12. Survive and advance, bytchez. LFG!
  13. Joshua Patrick Allen.
  14. Without the officiating doing so, Allen won’t be stopped today.
  15. These officials make me want to fight them.
  16. I don’t know - the difference between an above average defense and elite is Matt Milano. Milano of the last three years is one of the most disruptive linebackers I’ve ever seen - in both the run and pass game, which is unique.
  17. My observation is that this McDermott/Frazier defense struggles when teams are content to work 5-7 yards and in (a lot like our game plan against the Jets). Get the running game working, get to second and manageable, 3rd and short, make the run and pass viable, utilize play action and misdirection, repeat, sustain long drives. Burrow is literally the master at this type of offense, in my opinion, given his decision-making and accuracy. Death by a million cuts. And what the Bengals are currently able to do, but probably will not be able to do as consistently after Higgins leaves for the big contract, is convert the 3rd and long after a penalty takes them out of the 5-7 yards and in offense. In my view, this is what is killing the Bills in these matchups. They (finally) get the Bengals off-script due to a penalties or a first down stop, and Burrow-Higgins delivers a big play. I think getting a healthy Milano back AND Higgins gone likely changes the dynamic here next year. As we have learned as Bills fans, when your stars eat up all your cap and the roster ages, your second guys (#2 WR, #2 CB, etc) that are middle to late round picks really start to matter to game outcomes.
  18. Scouting Report: Jets stand as tall challenge in Joe Brady's first game as new Bills offensive coordinator ‘Jets 17, Bills 16.’ BUFFALO NEWS | 20 HOURS AGO Hometown newspaper - unbelievable.
  19. Gabe never appeared as the slot WR in this offense that I’m aware of.
  20. Considering they shut it down for the entire fourth quarter and still rolled up 400 yards of offense and 30+ points against a top 5 D… I’m not sure what more you want. I don’t think we threw a pass for the final 10 minutes of game time.
  21. Felt like a bills game for the first time in awhile. Things didn’t feel like a grind at all. Big plays all over the field, guys looked like they were having fun. Clean game that was never in doubt. Least stressful game in weeks.
  22. In some cultures, that’s considered a compliment.
  23. Wonder if Dolphin fans complained about Dorsey during halftime too…
  24. No, your eyes are playing tricks on you. He watches more film, so he’s more situationally-aware.
