    I don't believe there ever was a workout. And I agree that there's nothing wrong with Gillislee and JW. I think Karlos is still a headache and the Bills may be realizing this.

    He never came in. The workout was scheduled for tomorrow but is now reportedly cancelled. However, it seems as though it may be rescheduled.

    I'm not saying don't play him. Just don't force feed him in because he's a high draft pick. I agree with what pretty much everyone else is saying here - rotate him in to keep everyone fresh and get him up to speed at a natural pace.

    I was about to point out I think he's done a reasonable job with regard to the O-line. Does he not get credit for drafting Miller, signing Mills, or hell even extending Glenn? Those all look like solid moves to me.

    It's been brought up a couple of times elsewhere already. He has been with the team for meetings and workouts and any other off the field stuff. He just could not practice until today if I am remembering correctly.

    There is definitely a lot to like about Shady. If he can play like he did against the Cards on a regular basis (I know there were injuries last year) then I think he is more than worth it. I gotta believe that is what Whaley was envisioning at the time.

    That's fair. From my perspective, Kiko for Shady straight up was a good call by Whaley in terms of acquiring playmakers that instantly make your team better. His contract is another story, I agree. As for Shaq, I guess put me in the crowd that believes he will be worth it when he gets going.
