Maybe the sale aggreement is done, and ralph is just trying to trim some of the dead weight to lower the operating cost. I would think when it come to buying an nfl team, the price is the price. I don't think you can really shop around. The Bills maybeworth 800 million in buff, but billion some where else. I really don't think the team is staying in buff, so ralph knows that and can get this price.

I really don't have a problem with them extending Kelsey, I don't know the terms of the deal, but I bet it'a a back end load deal and if they cut him in a year or two it's not going to matter much. With that being said, I have no idea why they would sign him for longer. He seem to be lost out there. Not that I blame him, he a DE playing LB. The only thing I can think of is maybe it to scare maybin into playing harder. Did Maybin even play today? I'm just completely stunned with this team.

A couple months ago tim Graham wrote a blog on ESPN about poor Lee evans, and how he is wasting his career in Buffalo. At the time, I responded that I thought he was a good receiver, but we was not a 1, and certainly not a top 10 or 15. I thought that Lee should take it upon himself to make our Qb's look better, fight harder for more balls when there in the air, maybe go across the middle and make some grabs in traffic. Holy sh*t I got killed, I got about 100 responses that I had no clue, and bunch of the responses linked me the U tube highlight when he made that catch in N.Y. a few years ago when he caught the ball between to Jet players and then ran 50 yards for a TD. I'm still wondering is it me or is the Lee Evan's fan/love club still feeling sorry for poor Lee? P.S. I think the O-line is getting a little better, minus green.

Why is everyone so wooried about kelsay, just because he signed an extension does that mean he is untouchable and will be a starter for the next 6 years. Extension or not he will be replaced like everyone else when that time comes.

Build a stadium in down Niagara falls, N.Y. lots of cheap land. Build it overlooking the falls, with all the hype on the canandian side and the potential on the american side, and the millions and millions of tourist that visit there every year. Come on, that could become like a mini cold weather vegas. Every NFL fan from around the country would be drawn to see their team play the Bills, they could make a little vacation out of it. In the summer they could have all types on concerts there and other things. The possiblity would be mind blowing. You have a natural wonder of the world there, you don't have to build it or buy it. It's there and it draws millions of people there a year. Use it.

I can't believe most people miss point. The goal is not to go 9-7 and win the wild card and get knocked out in the first round. The goal and only goal is to win the super bowl. The truth is very simple, this season is all about open tryouts for 20 weeks. Everyone knows the Bills are not going to win the superbowl. for example, I sure about Trent Edwards and what the problem with him was. I really didn't know if it was Jauron, the line, the injuries, him etc., but after seeing fitz play, I know Trent didn't have any future with the team, and it best that he's moving on. I think the front office and coachs are taking that approach with everyone. I think this year is the evaluation year, and next year starts the rebuilding. If your looking for a team who sign a bunch of old stop gap vets, mixed with the bunch of unproven talent who wins 65% of there games, make the playoff and get knocked out in the usually the first and sometimes the second round, become a Sabres fan.

What so hard for everyone to understand, this year is a 20 week preseason to get ready for next year.

Why would he risk a injury in another year of college, or even risk a new CBA with a rookie salary cap when he can take 50 million and start right away. If he decided to stay in college, then he's really not as smart as we all think, and we really don't want him anyway. I biggest problem with Buffalo is that all the locals have an inferior complexs, why I don't know? I don't live in Buffalo anymore, but I did for many years, and I been all over the world, and in my opinion the peolpe and places in western N.Y. are just as good if not better then most places. He would be lucky to be able to call Buffalo home.

I'm wrong about most things, I would have kicked a field goal on 4th down yesterday. So take what i have to say with a grain of salt, but I think we went to our last opener yesterday. The Ralph looks old, the team is just lifeless, the crowd looked tired. I think Ralph is just playing out his last fews hands, don't think he has any desire to make a run with the limited time he has left, with the real possiblty of a lock out in 2011. Yesterday might have been it.

Bell should have picked up the inside rusher, which he did. The back should have shifted to the blitzing side, or the WR and Trent should have spotted the back coming and made that the hot read with a quick slant. That a basic read and react play in the NFL. I talked to 2 form bills yesterday and they say the same thing, Trent like, JP, and Rob Johnson just can't see the field, and does not have enough faith to setup in the pocket in order to make a throw.
