I can't remember the details, but I remember 2 preseasons ago, gaily sat Levitre and because of injury he was put back in the line up, and seemed to play well in the regular season. I also remember reading that Nix likes his guards to be big (320+ range). Does anyone remember what the problem was 2 years ago. Maybe Nix doesn't really value him, I think he was drafts by the Jauron staff.

Teams do it every year, they hide a weaker linemen at the guard position, the pats have been doing it for years, with stephen neal or donald thomas. I think it more important to have a solid center, and tackles. When also gonna have wood, and spiller coming up shortly as free agents so you have to consider that as well. I'm all for paying andy 5-6 a year, but they cant go 7 to 9. The guys from nfl network (maylock) said last night the best player in the draft was guard from Alabama, the other guys at table all seemed to agree. So maybe he's your guys at 8 or you move back. I will rather take a soild linemen at 8, then reach for a Qb.

Happy about Byrd, I think Andy is going to walk, I can't see putting big money into a guard, it seems you can cover up for poor play in the interior of the line if needed.

Your looking at it the wrong ways, playing one game in toronto is not going to prevent the team from winning, and if it helps the expand the fan base, more power to it. You have to remember there are 31 other owner that want the bills to as profitable as possible, expand the game to canada, and don't want to share there revenue with under performing teams. These owners will have a say who the next owner of the team will be, regardless what happens on the field the Bills have to demonstrate that they looking to bring in other revenue sources to expand the fan base, and make the league more profitable as a whole.

I heard we reaggravated his rib injury from last years washington game the night before the opener, and that he could still play but be limited for 9-10 months. He is expected to heal fully in the next few months and should be 90% for training camp.

Fitz did kill anything, we all knew what we had at QB, it was up to the rest of the team to rise above it. He may not be all that great, but it least I feel like he is one of the only guys who gives it his all every week.

I think they planned on using brooks along, but he got hurt and roger was the only one left. In preseason it seemed Brooks was the best corner on the team. One of the draft "experts" had said that although Brooks was a backup in college, we was a backup to two top ten picks, claybourn and not sure who the other was, and that being a backup at LSU means your still a better corner then most of the starters out there. The one knock on him was that he can't catch, i remember im dropping a few balls in the preseason. I think they activated him 2 weeks ago, but how effective would he be this late in his rookie season. i would not be surprised to see him start next year.

Jauron team would never run up a score, or intend to hurt another, but he would have left Corey McIntyre in no matter what the score.

We have a heard that usually when a team is blown out, they come back the next week with something to prove. Do you think Belichick intentionally ran up the score on the Colts knowing they were facing the Bills the following week? If so, this guy is light years ahead of any other coach.

Would not be shocked to go 10-6, expected to lose SF, Houston, Pats in NE. no surprized by loses to Jets (opener) and NE again. The one that really hurt us was Tenn., shocked we lost that game. I think we match up well the rest of the way. Hopes are not real high, but certainy not out of the question.
