Does this really surprise any of us ? The current administration promotes those to places on their personal stances mostly to do with certain minority groups to try & ensure that he is covering all the necessary groups to help his reelection . It would be different if they were hired because of their qualifications & not their stance on things such as this .. This would be as bad as putting one of Hitlers people in a gov't position .

Where do they get the money to pay him ? The NFL is run under a cap & the Bills are pretty close to being out of cash to bring in all these players that will help or fix the supposed problems they have . Then what happens if later in the year there is another (heaven forbid) injury to a player and they really are against the wall to bring in reinforcements then with NO cash left they will truly be screwed !! Plus they haven't really found out wha they have with Sheffield, Hartey, & the others in the room . I'm good with going with what they got for now they will get it figured out by the end of the season ...

Stability is something that is a great thing to have on a NFL team which is something the Bills didn't have for 17 + years & this guy has been a winner ever since he's got here & all the Fire McD posts are nuts . I'd rather have a winner that's in the hunt every year than what the Bills were prior to his arrival ! Question - So who would you replace him with ? All those yah hoo's that wanted Sean Payton to come in because he was this great Super Bowl winning coach but seeing how that's going in Denver that would be just a great thing now wouldn't it ? There may need to be some tweaks to the coaching roster but i don't believe McD is the one that needs changing if Dorsey doesn't get it figured out then maybe he is the one that needs to go & i think he will get it figured out & win while he's doing it ... Besides the last time they brought in what was thought to be a great hire in Sexy Rexy how did that go ? It's a crap shoot you never know from a coaches past how good or bad they will be .

Yah that's what they thought when he took TB 12 at near the last pick of the draft & that 1 pick only took us 20 years to get over . Sorry i don't want to give BB nothing but L's in the W/L column .

Speed is good but they have Hartey & they to this point haven't used him as a deep threat so having another on the team to just have him won't help if that makes sense ??

I'm not real sure why the out put of the Bills offense has went down but there is plenty enough tape to go over to see exactly what does & doesn't or hasn't worked as of late . I think they just need to look at the past tape & incorporate more of the things that have worked & get rid of the plays that don't even if it means putting more designed runs in for Josh they have the weapons to make a difference just scheme them correctly !

Josh is a weapon with both his arm & his legs Dorcey needs to put a few QB run plays in to keep the opposition guessing & that is the thing i feel they are not doing now. I'm glad that Josh isn't running as much & that they have brought in some bigger backs which are doing well but Josh is a weapon that still needs to be utilized in all the ways he has proven he can be used . I do think they have pushed the pendulum to far to the other side & they need to let it come back a bit more on some designed runs for Josh .

They definitely should have stayed with the hot hand especially given how this game played out !!

The Bills don't need to give a team in their own division especially BB any more ammo to get better besides they have never had a hard time coming up with numerous amounts of draft capital in the past . So just say NO !!

Another bruiser in the back field would not be a bad thing i just wish they would have had this mind set a couple of years back this is something this team has been missing but there again if Moss would have been the guy he is now they wouldn't have needed another back but that is yesterday ...

We need more people in general to ask the hard questions it's just getting a politician or white house correspondent to actually answer the question with a honest answer & not dodge it by answering a question with another question or just shutting it down . I hope this kid gets into being a journalist but he will more than likely be one that is not called upon to ask his questions because politics will stay the same FOS from all sides & promises being made that will never be kept . If only there were 1 running for office that would lay all the BS aside & could honestly answer the hard questions, show strength as a true leader & be a real person in every way . The last guy that probably did that was Kennedy ...

I have to say i'm starting to be pulled to this side of the line the Bills offense has produced much better when under center & every one else sees it but Dorsey i just don't get it !! I would love to see this offense with Dabol at the helm ...

You & the NFL can call it what ever you want but they weren't in Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park - NY so IMHO anyway you look at it that's a A WAY FAR AWAY game not a home game . Personally I wish they'd do AWAY with those games the only reason i watched it is because it was the Bills ! Iwould much rather see that money that is going to the English economy stay in WNY ... But that's just me . Any other team in that series i don't watch .

Agree it is irrelevant now, especially given T Bass & his history ! The guy is usually & was up until last night MONEY . I guess every one can have a bad night & Bass had his last night of all nights . If he would have hit both of those kicks it wouldn't have come down to the nail biter that it was so to blame McD for making what you consider the wrong call when you have a kicker as i said that more likely than not can & has put points in the bank is a secondary opinion . I believe that his analytics team would say the same in that situation too .

Despite his limited use which seems to be a trend with some really good players that the Bills have had or have. Q always seems to deliver when ever he is put into the line up the dude has some great hands ! If it is put most anywhere near him it's almost a given that he's going to catch the ball He may not be the "prototypical TE" as far as size being only 6' 2" & 251 lbs unlike Knox being 6' 4" & 254 lbs but when it comes to his hands i don't know that i have ever seen him drop a pass since he's been with the Bills, Has He ?? 🤔 Kincaid i think could very well become another weapon in the Bills chest as long as they schemes his talents into the offense but Q being in the line up sparingly as it may be always seems to come through with some clutch catches at just the right time for this club i wish it could be seen & they would utilize those talents more . So far this season his performance is awesome 1 catch 1 very large game winning TD ! That catch was like a walk off home run in the bottom of the 9th Thanks Q !! Oh and thank god for a really good defense when needed 💪 !!

The Bills look like S**T what have they done to our team ?

This was a great pick up that Beane pulled off I hope he can get him to stick around for another year even if they do win the big game . Him & Von for the next couple years wouldn't be a bad thing .

Oliver, AJ, Rouseau, Ford, Mika, Floyd, Jonathan on the D & i predict Von will get his first sack of the season this week . I also thing that D. Harris & Murray will have a big game this week & each will have at least 1 TD .

Im hoping that Williams can be that guy, it would be awesome if he can be a play maker maybe not as good as Millano was especially being his rookie year but if he can show that type of potential & use this year to get better as the season moves on then having him & Millano would definitely be a plus . I've read that he has been all over the field reading the oppositions D pretty good for being thrown into the fire, with a full week of prep maybe he can show that he was worth the pick & the Bills can get another diamond out of the late round picks the Beane has been known to do ...
