  1. i think so too, but they better get this coach right. Tired of guys who cant get their players to perform.
  2. So the pegs were clueless but know they got it together, hopefully they have learned from McDermott how things should be done.
  3. Yes , if you didn't teams would just run sweeps all day.
  4. Considering the run blocker we drafted and the no WRs we drafted i would say we are building around the run game.
  5. Thats where you're wrong. Lawrence is very talented and huge. Oliver is no Donald as much as we would like him to be.
  6. how the hell has it taken this long to get talent on this team, Vegas did it in a year ?? Is Botterill the guy for the job ?
  7. “I’m learning a lot about coaching in the NFL. I played for 12 years in this league. I was known as a ‘GOAT’ and don’t get any respect from coaches that just coach a game. There’s a lot of stuff in the world that has rubbed off on the NFL in business and the way they run it – hiring people that are not even qualified.” “That’s the mind-boggling to me. I know about coaches pride and all of that stuff, egos and everything – but I just can’t believe that you wouldn’t want players on your staff that played the game. They can help your players because when I was in Buffalo – and you know all the mistakes we were having – that was communication issues.” “I played the game so I was there (presumably he means in Buffalo) to try to help simplify things but my suggestions were never taken – so it was very frustrating for me very early in my coaching career when your opinion is not taken seriously.” This can be true BUT many times great players dont make great or even good coaches. Hopefully Ed does both.
  8. He had fun, good for him.
  9. I really like him too. Way better than Hollywood.
  10. Um sure, maybe he can show him how to catch Touchdowns.
  11. Knox is making the roster, you're not trading two picks for a guy and then cutting him or practice squad. Beane and staff did their home work, he probably will be the starter mid season.
  12. We got our RB so here's to WR ! ( or DE if our WRs are good ).
  13. RB is one of the easier positions to break into. I assume he will struggle with the play calls and blocking but if can nail the running he could be a keeper. anyone got a weight for him?
  14. Nope, just wait for him to hit the market.
