  1. This would be the best first 3 rounds imaginable and no way is it possible...Hightower (my favorite Alabama defender) is going top 25 and Hill probably the same (we'd be lucky to get him in the 2nd)
  2. Where was this a week ago...Mayock says it and then everyone else jumps on board. I've always been against Kirkpatrick, and am actually ok with Gilmore if Nix thinks he's BPA
  3. Agreed! Mayock is the man and made great points on all accounts. Especially about what i've been saying Kuechly can play any 4-3 LB position...I'm definitely going to look at some video on Gilmore now
  4. This is a ridiculous post! Why would we consider giving up our best offensive weapon. He encompasses everything the Bills are...no way he's out and Choice is not even close to the player FredEx is...I wish someone would close this in case Fred decided to check TBD lol
  5. Never said I'd rather have a great WR/LT over a great QB. I just feel Blackmon and Kalil are the most sure thing bets in the draft. RGIII and Luck are once in a lifetime QB prospects and would be thrilled to take one but if I had a choice I'd take Cam Newton over both of them (damn Luck for not coming out last year and he'd be ours)... Oh and I'd take Anchor Bar wings over Duffs everytime!
  6. Love it! Wilson in the 5th or lower would be awesome...He's got some much potential and Gailey/Lee would bring it out. Plus a great a backup if were in a playoff race and Fitz goes down
  7. If I could pick any player(s) they would be Blackmon and Kalil (Luck and RGIII are great as well but I would rather have had Cam last year)... If we're talking realistic players we can get it in any round that I think will be great pros and for our team are: Cordy Glenn (most versatile OL in the draft and I think he will eventually make a beast LT) Melvin Ingram (even though we don't need him anymore, he'll make some team happy) Stephen Hill (great upside and with the right coach and QB could be a top 10 WR someday) Lavonte David (Very quick and always seems to be around the ball) Russell Wilson (If he were a few inches taller he'd be a 1st rounder, Why not take a chance on a guy who could be a more athletic Flutie with stronger arm) Tank Carder (another late round guy who is a gamer) Michael Egnew (Like him as a Dallas Clark type TE but needs to learn how to block) Lastly a few guys I like and think have great upside but haven't watched enough to be put in above list: Michael Floyd (Beast of WR and would be happy getting him just haven't watched alot of ND games) Dontari Poe (would suck to miss on the next Ngata which he could be) Brock Osweiler (If we're taking a QB kind of high this is the guy I'd want to sit behind Fitz for a couple years. He's big, athletic, and a leader) Zach Brown (great athlete but haven't seen enough games to know how his coverage ability is) Janoris Jenkins (Best chance of being a shutdown CB in this draft but not sure he's got the maturity) Guys I do not want and think are overrated: Alshon Jeffrey (Great athlete who seems to always come down with the ball on jump balls but seems to take a lot of plays off) Courtney Upshaw (No Way...most overrated 1st rounder. Great College player and will be good against the run but won't live up to hype in NFL) Mike Adams (Such a big man and would be great fit if he looked like he had some kind of mauler or competitive insticts) Dre Kirkpatrick (He's a good CB but not top 20 good...he's tall but won't be great man to man coverage)
  8. Choice seems like a great guy for the locker but was pretty awful running the ball...I'd rather have White who is still young and really only played 2 years at RB (pretty decent on special teams as well)
  9. Haven't really thought about him but if were making a playoff push he would be a good backup in case something happened to Fitz...
  10. My link Cordy Glenn is growing on me more and more...guy is very versatile and I think can be a very good LT (only had one season, his last there and got better every game) also no injury history!
  11. Another guy that someone on here mentioned a while back is Andrew Datko who was projected to be a 1st round pick before his injury. Looks like a steal if he healthy in the 3rd or so
  12. Best LT in the NFL (Joe Thomas) has shorter arms than him...If he's the BPA then we take him I want to hear how Martin did/does at his pro day today as well
  13. I thought the president made like $400K every year in office and $200K for the rest of his life after office? That's a pretty good deal...
  14. Looks like only about 9-12 are worth keeping...Obviously Byrd and Levitre are top of the list
  15. Why wouldn't they keep the guy they just signed for 4 years (mark anderson)?
  16. I like the idea of Kuechly because I believe he can play any LB position in a 4-3 and the only Alabama defender I would want in the first round is Hightower (who also can play any LB position) but that's only if we trade down...
  17. He's 1/4 inch taller and 4lbs less weight...Alshon also gives up on a lot of plays and is not a very good route runner. If we're going to wait until the 2nd round for a WR we should hope Stephen Hill is there.
  18. Pretty much the same money Wimbley got...is it too much?
  19. Totally agree I just hope if we do get him we don't overspend...he hasnt been the most consistent pass rusher over the years and we still need money to keep Levitre and Byrd for a while (plus the draft picks). If we're getting rid of players that dont fit scheme like maybe Edwards doesn't and that frees up space then ya lets do it (still not for too much though)
  20. Amen...he does things the right way!
  21. I'm not for or against getting Tebow but you have to think if we do get him (for a 4th or lower) then with our QBs on our roster we most likely won't be getting a QB in this draft. I like a lot of the QBs in this draft (Tannehill, Osweiler, Wilson. I know Gailey could use Tebows skills to best help the team win but would we want Tebow as our backup over one of these guys?
  22. My link How tall is Wannstedt if Anderson is 6'4"...anyways i'm ok with the signing if it doesn't hurt are chances (cap/money wise) of resigning Byrd and Levitre
  23. Very good draft all around but 2 things I don't like...1st off I think Burfict may fall even past the 4th (still wouldn't mind him later though) and 2nd I do not want Kirkpatrick. He is not a good man to man CB besides height I dont like what he has to offer. I believe him being on the best Defense in college football made him look better than he actually was and if we're going CB at 10 I'd rather have Jenkins (who had similar off the field issues and seems changed). I think Jenkins a shut down corner (better than Haden at Florida) and would be great with our front 4 pressure.
