    I wouldnt count out Ayodele just yet. He's racked up some tackle #'s, and had time to learn the system. (wait- do we have a system?) I imagine he'd be a cheap re-sign and viewed as backup or interim starter if we draft an ILB. He's not great, but more productive than maybin, stroud, mccargo.

    because Poz is a FA this offseason. I think most agree Stroud will be cut or traded (if even possible), but he's still under contract at this point. Same w/ the other LBers, except maybe Akin, he might be FA.

    agree w/ that. only us & chiefs have red helmets. We switched to em since Ferguson was color-blind, or so the story goes. If that's the case, there might be a slight advantage even for Qbs that are not color blind. But- doesnt Nike have the contract for uniforms starting in 2012? if so, prob no change until then. be nice to have full-time throwbacks in 2011 for interim 1-yr tho!

    I imagine we can do somewhat better in FA this yr, since we've shown a little potential this yr. Note I do say "somewhat better". but i think we look slightly more attractive now than recent past.

    if Brohm/Brown starts sunday, it would continue the pattern of sitting out injured starters, and playing depth/new guys to evaluate. If those guys win, then cool! if not, you get the high draft pick. better than rolling over to get that pick, but that high pick sure must be tempting for Nix/Gailey. Altho hate to see Fitz end season w/ that dreadful lose last week.

    that'd be my choice too, but if we beat the jets this sunday, and those top 3 D-linemen (Fairley, Dareus & Bowers) are gone, then Peterson might be the move.

    Orton's an underrated QB, but isn't enough upgrade over Fitz to be worth the controversy of bringing him to B-lo. Draft the #2/possible future Bills QB please.

    I do. Broncos seriously need draft picks, they're in 'rebuild' mode, esp on D. Orton trade can add some picks.
