like it's been said - saw this coming makes good sense, his skill set and body type point to safety rather than corner and I like this coaching staff. "Your a safety" not -"were gonna try you at safety"
Great arm, tough guy - run oriented offense 95% of his career - only had a few years with play makers at wide reciever, never a tight end- was a middle of the road guy somewhere between 14-22
its a good move, with a chance to be outstanding- yes there is a chance it doesn't work at all but it's worth the risk. From NFL people everyone says Reid knows what to look for in a QB and Ken Whisenhunt is also very respected as an offensive coach - they both wanted him.
Cardinals trade for him, sign him to a 5 year 64 million dollar contract. Things don't go very well (as 99% of their qb's ) and now he's garbage ? I don't agree I think this could be a great move - the Cardinals offensive line easily the worst in the league.
yes id say Chan taking an offense with few play makers and put up alot of points, Quarterbacks are only as good as the players around them- see Drew Brees (Chargers .vs Saints)
Nelson can't get open against starting corners his only worth was inside the 5....Brad Smith sorry as it is - a better wide receiver and he's not very good
swing tackle ? ...anyway we should be losing starters on a bad team, particular on defense. Ya keep these guys after ranking 32 and 31 in nfl defense why would you switch?
Biceps slow your arm down in throwing a baseball, you want to create extension and whip. Stength is in your forearms and hands and wrist - look like Tarzan throw like Jane
As long as he doesn't know how to take angles, gets beat by every eligible receiver he's asked to cover, misses tackles routinely, and drops interceptions - but provides leadership he should fill in for George nicely.
