  1. Maybe we could let Fitz play the first 3 quarters, then bring Tebow in to play the 4th.
  2. I don't know what his wrist injury is, but I had a wrist injury a few years back that was so bad I couldn't pick up a backpack, much less toss 300 lb. OTs around. It also lasted for months. And all the money in the world wouldn't have changed a damn thing. Again, I'm not saying he has the same kind of injury, but maybe. And half of these "!@#$ Mario" posts sound like the childish rants of a whiny 12 year old brat throwing a temper tantrum.
  3. I suddenly feel the board has been overrun by children.
  4. In a round about way he more or less said he did in the debate.
  5. The first two you mentioned always jump immediately to mind. I don't get depressed over football games but that NE game stuck with me. I think this game is similar because it's a game we should have won, were winning, and then choked; and it wasn't just a lost of this game, but pretty much confirmed that the season's over. This one was bad.
  6. He said that Obama's plan hasn't worked - it has He said Obama went on an apology tour - Obama never actually used the word "apology" so it doesn't count. He said he wants to keep America strong - He wants to make it easier for the rich to exploit the poor and middle class.
  7. I was wondering about this, but figured wherever an established player went would be a team that would have been in the running otherwise. Think the Eagles will be looking? The Raiders are certainly a possibility, but will they have a 1st this year? I think they traded it for Palmer but I'm not sure.
  8. We're not there yet.
  9. It's a safe bet KC and AZ will take a QB in the first, but who else will we be competing with? I'm guessing Jax give up on Gabbert. Is there anyone else?
  10. I don't see great things in this guys future. He's got all the physical gifts in the world but he lacks the intangibles. He might turn out to be good, but I doubt he's ever a top 10 QB.
  11. http://www.cnn.com/2012/10/22/politics/debate-mainbar/index.html?c=mobile-homepage-t This is what CNN.com is leading with - As a news story And they wonder why their brand sucks.
  12. I only caught the last few minutes, but from what I saw Obama served himself well. Not by saying anything persuasive or meaningful, but by not coming off as an ass hole. I didn't feel the urge to smack the smug look off his face like I did last time.
  13. I heard Kelsay told Mario "Your game needs work, like a car in a wreck. They call me Kelsay, gotta earn my respect. Oh, Oh, Oh, YEAH!"
  14. I think he took the blame for a lot of things that were out of his control.
  15. See, the Republicans are dicks. And the Democrats are pu$$ies. And Kim Jong-un is an ass hole. Pu$$ies get mad at dicks, because dicks fuuck pu$$ies. But dicks also fuuck ass holes.
  16. Hate to see you go. If you feel up to it you should stop by PPP to argue voter fraud, just for old time's sake.
  17. I find this offensive. "big-lipped !@#$s" are just as capable as thin-lipped !@#$s
  18. Any guy who's not playing hard because of that has no business playing.
  19. I don't think either side can do too much finger pointing. The defense can't say much after that abortion they left out on the field today. And after choking with the INT & whatever that drill was with a minute & 2 TOs the offense can't say but so much either.
  20. I'm not necessarily saying it was accidental, or that pastures were literally the green objective. I'm just saying I felt rather fortunate when I emerged. A blue bag of tobacco. I didn't take the time to negotiate & inspect. I GTFO ASAFP.
  21. 4 years into the rebuild when we go 2-14 Obama can remind us that he inherited this team from the previous coaching staff, that his plan's working, and convince Ralph that he only needs 4 more years to build a winner. And as a bonus we might get a beer commercial out of one of his post loss pressers.
  22. That's for me what makes it so hard. Because he was on today. Very efficient and accurate. And then, with the game on the line, .
  23. Cowher stuck with Kordell Stewart for 6 years.
  24. This is why I always have a secondary team to cheer for. I used to cheer for Favre. Now I'll cheer for Manning until he retires. Hopefully by then the Bills will be good, but that's what I said 3 years ago about Favre.
