True and and those suppliers also are also the suppliers for the defense industry but they can't make it on defense contracts alone, there was concern if the suppliers went under that parts would have to be sourced from China. -
Allen West defeated. Michele Bachman possible reelected
....lybob replied to dayman's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
From what I've heard if you forget about all the crazy Bachman is extremely effective in bringing home the federal bacon for her state- definition of a fiscal conservative in office= everyone else should cut their spending -

How long until Republicans start ripping Romney apart, my reenacting, gun loving brother-in-law is already going on about how what a loser Romney is, a pretty stark change since about 15 hours ago Romney was going to be a wonderful President. -
I have the feeling that most of the coaches on teams that are losing more than they're winning sound similar - execution , consistency, assignments, 60 minutes, everyone including me, keep working at it- I really don't understand why we interview coaches and players when they are losing, what do we expect them to say " well I stink at play calling, Joe is eating himself out of a job, Bill cares more about pimping his ride than football, Manny got old, Ernie is dumb as a rock, and those are our best players the other guys suck" it would be entertaining for the the few days before the coach got fired.

The people of Samaria must bear their guilt, because they have rebelled against their God. They will fall by the sword; their little ones will be dashed to the ground, their pregnant women ripped open. Now go and attack Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and do not spare them. But kill both man and woman, infant and nursing child, ox and sheep, camel and donkey Have you allowed all the women to live?” he asked them. 16 “They were the ones who followed Balaam’s advice and enticed the Israelites to be unfaithful to the Lord in the Peor incident, so that a plague struck the Lord’s people. 17 Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, 18 but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man. -
OK, I never do this, but... 2013 NFL draft
....lybob replied to metzelaars_lives's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't know how things will work out in the end but the four big boards I've looked at have Logan Thomas somewhere between bottom of the second to top of the fourth round so does anyone think it's possible to come out of the 2013 draft with Manti te o and Logan Thomas. -
If T-Jax is ready to take over the #2 QB then why hold on to Thigpen who has no upside, might as well get V-Young and see if he can learn the offense, then at least you have a couple of options if you can't draft a legit QB next year.

I think this is dead on- but Wanny has to look at this defense for what he's got not what he hoped to have- Wanny thought he could bring pressure by bringing just 4 but guess what Wanny you can't so adjust that's what your being paid to do.

The Bills confuse me too, I was all for the Mario Williams signing and while I didn't expect Bruce Smith level of play I'm stunned by what I've seen (if he needs surgery on the wrist he should get it right now because Kyle Moore is out playing him) but do you want the Bills to stay out of Free Agency because they haven't been very good in the draft either.

So When The Bills Hit The 3-6 Mark
....lybob replied to BuffaloBaumer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd probably get Jarron Gilbert on the squad to see if he has anything, George Wilson play has declined so I'd want to check out Searcy to see what type of priority Safety will be in the draft, It'd be nice to see if Dorin Dickerson adds anything. -
what's a good name for the bills defense?

Just change the name to stretching, isometrics and controlled breathing to illicit a relaxation response because that's all it in the western world- while Hatha Yoga was originally part of a spiritual tradition it's just exercise here.

Marv is a senile, out of touch old man, Wade can relate to the players he will get us back on track Wade is a fat dumb hick, Greg Williams organizational smarts are what we need Greggy is a high strung diva with delusions of grandeur, Malarkey is the down to earth rock jawed everyman who can lead us to the promise land Malarkey is mentally unstable, Jauron has the cool, calm, demeanor to right the ship Jauron is an emotionless manikin who can't lead, Chan has that southern charm and good old boy git er done attitude to take charge Chan is a blank who doesn't know how to blank, Blank with his blankity blank will put this team back into contention

only 1 or 2 more wins this season
....lybob replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We are not lucky enough to only get 1 or 2 more wins - we will get enough wins to lose out on a franchise QB -

Americans love shiny objects even the poor and homeless which is probably why Ryan rewashed clean pans- "never too shiny, never too shiny for the people I love" he was heard to mutter.

That's ridiculous, Tom weighs between 375lbs and 425lbs depending on how swollen his foot and ankle is, and he doesn't wheel himself in an electric wheelchair he is pulled in a rickshaw by a small confused Filipino man who Tom won in a poker game.
