I understand Tom's concern since he weighs a couple hundred pounds more than most people but looking past his obvious bias in favor of fatties I'm going to shockingly agree with him- really why should we take into account things like size and such when figuring out whether use of lethal self-defense is reasonable or not- maybe we will start to see cases like this in Florida. 911 there's a man walking around the neighbor he looks dazed, he's acting weird, I think he's on drugs, oh my God he has something in his hand it looks like a weapon, I got to do something right now, bang, - Police come and ask what happened- This guy was menacing me with a weapon and yelling "what" real loud I felt threatened so I shot him- Sir the man was 95 and had a quad cane- Like I said a weapon- Sir the man was 70 years older than you are you really claiming self defense-Why on earth does that at all !@#$ing matter?

I don't think Zimmerman's a racist at 2:19 you hear him say "!@#$ing coons" I'm pretty sure that's a term of endearment.
-
I brought him up as our first round pick after a trade down with Cleveland - didn't get much love for the idea- so good luck to you.

Mallet could become available
....lybob replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Mallet will look good until he starts to get hit a few times, he makes Bledsoe look athletic, you better have an airtight OL and WRs with tons of speed if he's your QB. -
Do you know your Bills WRs - Bills leader in combine/Proday events Which Bill WR runs a 4.36 Which Bill WR has a 41 VJ Which Bill WR has a 10ft 8inch Broad Jump Which Bill WR has a 1.49 10 yard dash Which Bill WR has a 4.07 20 yard shuttle Which Bill WR did 20 BP Which Bill WR did a 6.79 3-cone drill

Waive Kelsey, draft Quinton Coples DE North Carolina
....lybob replied to TheKidd's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Nine DL start of the season? M Williams LDE Dareus DT K Williams DT Merriman RDE- top line if everyone come back healthy now you need 5 out of these guys or draft picks Carrington, Alex DT/ possible LDE LIONEL DOTSON LDE ROBERT EDDINS RDE Jarron Gilbert DT/ possible LDE Johnson, Spencer LDE/ possible DT Edwards, Dwan DT Kellen Heard DT Kelsay, Chris RDE/LDE Batten, Danny RDE Kyle Moore RDE/LDE Jay Ross DT Troup, Torell DT My guess the five most likely to make it are Carrington, Gilbert, Kelsay, Moore, and Johnson- given their greater versatility and because I think DW is a fan of speed over size. Of course someone like Coples could take the place of Kelsay or Moore. -
In other years I'd agree but in my opinion this draft can be thought of in tiers Tier #1 Luck, RG3, Kali Tier #2 Claiborne, Blackmon, Richardson, Reiff Tier #3 I won't name them individually but you can guess pretty easy 1QB, 1RB, 3WRs, 2OTs, 2OGs,1C, 4DEs, 4DTs, 2 LBs4-3, 2 LBs 3-4, 3CBs, 1S- all told about 26 players after the top 7 for example I see no consensus on the order of DEs Coples, Ingram, Mercillus, Perry or DTs Poe, Brockers, Still, Cox and big boards are all over the place- btw while a #10 may seem to be high to give up, it is slightly in our favor according to the NFL Draft Value Chart #10 = 1,300 for pick 22 =780 and pick 37 = 530 = 1,310
-
OK what about a draft like this Free agency - resign Bell, Draft Bills trade 10 to Cleveland for 22 and 37, Cleveland takes Tannehill 1. Stephon Gilmore CB 2a. Zach Brown OLB 2b Bruce Irvin OLB/DE 3. Mychal Kendricks LB 4a Jamell Fleming CB 4b. Russell Wilson QB 5a Demario Davis LB 5b Donald Stephenson OT 6 Marvin McNutt WR 7. Frank Alexander DE Heavy on LBs and CBs (although I could make the case that it could even use more CBs)
-
I think Kamar Aiken has the potential to be a good #2 WR - looked good in pre-seaason last year plus he has a nice youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1YohHJwnQc
-
I'm picturing a draft heavy on LBs and CBs and I'm taking Nix's comment about wanting 10 picks to heart- as of now the Bills only seem to have about 4 real 4-3 LBs so they need at least 3 , and CB could be OK but could also be a disaster with McGee and Florence both 31 and McKelvin never showing more than flashes. Free agency - resign Bell, so OT is not an immediate need Draft Bills trade 10 to Cleveland for 22 and 37, Cleveland takes Tannehill 1. Stephon Gilmore CB 2a. Zach Brown OLB 2b Bruce Irvin OLB/DE 3. Mychal Kendricks LB 4a Jamell Fleming CB 4b. Russell Wilson QB 5a Demario Davis LB 5b Donald Stephenson OT 6 Marvin McNutt WR 7. Frank Alexander DE

alshon jeffery, open even when he's not

Do you upgrade him because he makes catches with DBs draped all over him or do you downgrade him because he always has DBs draped all over him. -
Nix on PFT live: Spiller & Jackson to compete
....lybob replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Wait until Richardson falls to us and we have to take him as BPA -
I was thinking the same way if you don't like the WRs left in FA start thinking about resigning Bell

Shawne Merriman was the start of bringing elite athletes to buffalo- we won't know for a while how many will be great football players- Merriman, Dareus, Jarron Gilbert, Fendi Onobun, Michael Jasper and now Mario Williams are all physical freaks- I give Buddy a lot of credit for finding guys on practice squads and such that have upside, most probably won't pan out but you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
-
Can Shawne Merriman play DE?
....lybob replied to FrankReichComeback's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Merriman is 6,41/2 265-275 and has good lower and upper body strength - If he's 100% healthy he shouldn't have any problem playing with his hand on the ground- but if he can't explode out of his stance because of injuries then he can't help us. -

1. I posted the same thing here months ago that a lot of Evangelicals Consider LDS as a cult and wouldn't vote for Romney on religious grounds- got told I didn't know what I was talking about.. 2. Chris Mathews didn't call them cultist he said that many the Deep south Evangelicals consider them cultist (as they see them) and he's absolutely right. btw Santorum is going after Romney for the dog on the car roof for 12hrs issue- The dogs name was Seamus which seems like it's going to be appropriate (shame us). -
Watched the video clip- and will now call B-man, LB-man with the L standing either for lying or little.
-
What no love for Kamar Aiken or David Clowney- that's harsh bro

As I stated before many deeply religious Christians consider "The church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints" a cult that commits heresy. -
no you're wrong, also ugly What? he got to Afghanistan all by himself- no you're right America didn't do it but they also never made it to the moon that was a bunch of ex-Nazi scientists and a couple of jet cowboy. well obviously I knew about the Stryker Dozen as I used them as an example. I've attacked Obama many times on this board even though Magox says I'm not allowed to.

I never blamed bush for Abu Ghraib (Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, John Yoo ) though absolutely- since you are a simpleton I'll use a simple football analogy- Obama=Jeff Fisher, The staff Sargent = Albert Haynesworth, the massacre = Andre Gurode's stomped on head- While with the Bush administration Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, John Yoo= New Orleans staff setting bounties, the Abu Ghraib guards and the New Orleans players both followed the tone set by higher ups.

It's called the war on terror you dumb !@#$- otherwise there are no wars just various military actions- and I'm under no impression that war is suppose to go smoothly or that there are surgical strikes or that you can win hearts and minds or nation build- I'm answering a specific question by Magox - and yes many/most of them revere the Koran more than human life - are you just getting to the party? it's not just your ignorance that astonishes me it's how you revel in your ignorance.

well for numbers The Haditha killings (also called the Haditha incident or the Haditha massacre) refers to the incident in which 24 unarmed Iraqi men, women and children were killed by a group of United States Marines on November 19, 2005 in Haditha, a city in the western Iraqi province of Al Anbar. All those killed were civilians[1]. The dead included several children and elderly people, who were shot multiple times at close range while unarmed. It has been alleged that the killings were retribution for the attack on a convoy of Marines with an improvised explosive device that killed Lance Corporal Miguel Terrazas and many news reports have compared the incident to the My Lai massacre.[2] An initial Marine Corps communique reported that 15 civilians were killed by the bomb's blast and eight insurgents were subsequently killed when the Marines returned fire against those attacking the convoy. However, other evidence uncovered by the media contradicted the Marines' account.[3] A Time magazine reporter's questions prompted the United States military to open an investigation into the incident. The investigation claimed it found evidence that "supports accusations that U.S. Marines deliberately shot civilians, including unarmed men, women and children", according to an anonymous Pentagon official.[4] At least three officers were officially reprimanded for failing to properly initially report and investigate the killings.[citation needed] On December 21, 2006, eight Marines from 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines were charged in connection with the incident. Uruzgan helicopter attack The victims were traveling in three buses in broad daylight in a group of 42 civilians in Uruzgan province near the border to Daykundi on February 21, 2010 .[5][6] When the convoy was on a main road in the village of Zerma it came under attack from U.S. Special Forces piloting Little Bird helicopters using "airborne weapons". NATO later stated that they believed at that time that the minibuses were carrying insurgents.[7][8] 27 civilians including four women and one child were killed in the attack while another 12 were wounded. Initially the number of deaths was reported at 33.[9] ISAF ground troops transported the wounded to medical treatment facilities after they found women and children at the scene. Deh Bala wedding party bombing refers to the killing of a large number of Afghan civilians mostly women and children who were walking the bride of a wedding ceremony to the groom's village in Dih Bala district of Nangarhar province, Afghanistan.[1][2] When the group was stopping for a rest it was hit by at least three U.S. military bombs that killed most of the victims instantly on 6 July 2008.[3] The U.S. military initially denied that any civilians were killed in the incident.[4][5] An investigation ordered by President Karzai and led by a nine-man commission of the senate found that 47 civilians including the bride had been killed, this was also confirmed by human rights officials. Wech Baghtu wedding party attack refers to the killing of a large number of Afghan civilians mostly women and children who had gathered to celebrate a wedding when coming under attack by US warplanes dropping bombs on a housing complex in the village of Wech Baghtu, Shah Wali Kot District of Kandahar province, Afghanistan.[1][2][3] An investigation found that a total of 37 civilians were killed in the incident including 23 children and 10 women, another 27–35 including the bride were wounded. The bombing wasn't the end of the ordeal, the villagers said. When the air strikes were over, international troops arrived, intimidated the villagers and prevented them from leaving to seek medical treatment while the soldiers took pictures. The Afghan government report also accused the Taliban of seeking shelter near the wedding party. now if you want to talk heinousness BAGHDAD (Reuters) - A U.S. military court in Baghdad heard graphic testimony on Monday of how three U.S. soldiers took turns raping a 14-year-old Iraqi girl before murdering her and her family. At the hearing into whether four U.S. soldiers should be court-martialled for rape and murder, a special agent described what took place in Mahmudiya in March, based on an interview he had with one of the men, Specialist James Barker. The case, the fifth involving serious crimes being investigated by the U.S. military in Iraq, has outraged Iraqis and led Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to call for a review of foreign troops' immunity from prosecution under Iraqi law. Special Agent Benjamin Bierce recalled that Barker described to him how they put a couple and their six-year-old daughter into a bedroom of their home, but kept the teenage girl in the living room, where Barker held her hands while Sergeant Paul Cortez raped her or attempted to rape her. Barker then switched positions with Cortez and attempted to rape the girl but said he was not sure if he had done so, Bierce told the hearing. Barker also told the special agent he heard shots from the bedroom and shortly afterwards Private Steven Green emerged from the room, put down an AK-47 assault rifle and raped the girl while Cortez held her down. SHOT HER SEVERAL TIMES Barker told Bierce that Green then picked up the weapon and shot her once, paused, and shot her several more times. Military prosecutors are expected to set out their case against Private First Class Jesse Spielman, 21, Barker, 23, Cortez, 23 and Private First Class Bryan Howard, 19, who face charges of rape and murder among others. or this The Maywand District killings refers to the murder of at least three Afghan civilians perpetrated by a group of U.S. Army soldiers in 2010, during the War in Afghanistan. The soldiers, who referred to themselves as the "Kill Team",[1][2] were members of the 3rd Platoon, Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion, 1st Infantry Regiment 5th Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division. They were based at FOB Ramrod at Maiwand, in the southern Kandahar Province of Afghanistan.[3][4] During the summer of 2010, the military charged five members of the platoon with murder of three Afghan civilians in Kandahar province and collecting their body parts as trophies. In addition, seven soldiers were charged with crimes such as hashish use, impeding an investigation, and attacking the whistleblower Spc. Justin Stoner. only two and not savaged but there is something awful about shooting helpless people in your custody VILSECK, Germany — A videotape played Thursday in the trial of a U.S. soldier shows him describing how he shot two of four bound and blindfolded Iraqi prisoners in March 2007. Sgt. Michael Leahy Jr., 28, was videotaped talking with Army investigators last year. A pre-trial motion by Leahy’s attorneys to suppress the video failed. The video showed Leahy confessing an hour and 10 minutes into an interview with a Criminal Investigation Command special agent in Schweinfurt, Germany. "I shot one of them," Leahy told the agent. "I shot two shots," he said, pointing his hand like a pistol. "It was my decision. I always knew this ... would come back to me," he said. The prisoners’ bodies were dumped in a Baghdad canal. if you want more....

Bin Laden was running (figurehead)the MAK which was supported in insurgent activity against the Soviets by the ISI and through the ISI the CIA - The Taliban had !@#$ to do with 9-11, there was no training going on in Afghanistan unless you count goat herding, mud hut building and maybe reading the Koran as training - the 9-11 hijackers were trained in Florida and San Diego - Pashtun Hospitality is often given the blame as why they wouldn't just give him over to the US I give more credence to the position that the Government in Kabul really didn't even have the ability to grab and bring forth Osama in the time period that the US demanded- the Idea of a "central" government in Afghanistan is laughable. not even close to the worst thing America has done since the war began.
