Rams/Cardinals - If the Cardinals look good, it will make the Bills' win last week look even better. Bucs/Lions - I know the Bucs only beat the Commanders but they looked good last week. This one could be interesting.

NIU gets a clear-as-day first down that the refs mark him short on and ND gets an extra timeout. Refs doing everything they can to screw NIU over and give this one to Notre Dame. And yet Northern Illinois wins anyway. Congrats on the upset.

Eagles defensive front has been great on those short yardage runs. Why would you just run that one on the 2 pt play?

The Ravens may not be at the level they were last year but I don't see them missing the playoffs barring a serious long-term injury to Lamar.

Green Bay could be better than Detroit next year which would make Miami's schedule difficulty a little tougher than expected. Can always count on Tua having enough bad games to screw over Miami's season. Also, I'm not at all sold on a 40 to 41-year-old Rodgers even with the Jets' defense and even if he stays healthy. I'm still liking our chances to at least win the division.

Maybe by the time the next Summer Olympics rolls around (2028) the Bills will have won a Super Bowl??

There are a lot of things that drivers do to anger me but I also get irritated by pedestrians. A couple of things that come to mind: 1. When a clearly able-bodied pedestrian takes their time crossing the street as cars wait for them. 2. People walking in the street, even if it's on the side, when there is a sidewalk right next to them.

Safe pick for KC's Thursday night opener might be Baltimore but I'm thinking it might be the Chargers with Jim Harbaugh's first game as coach. Again, IF they go the usual route, I could see it happening. If there's any consolation, the Pats can no longer say they were the last team to win back-to-back titles. I think those who believe the Chiefs are more annoying suffer from recency bias. Pats' run still bothers me more.
