  1. the more you listen to, and worse believe, idiots like glazer - the more you start to look like them. just say no to these jerks who arent creative or connected enough to get real stories - so they go for the mind dribble-scribble to fuel the mindless.
  2. i would agree with you if you were right - but you are not - on a few levels.
  3. hey not fair - don't confuse ranting negativity from multiple sources with facts. there is something wrong with both of them - i'll take frazier over either of those guys.
  4. please just give the leach thing a rest - i'd rather have dj back than leach - and i'd rather go to an all night dentist before having dj back. hope that puts it in perspective.
  5. iceman - great post. i actually would like him to be our next hc. and i know this will get me drilled but i think we will be more successful with him here than the chin, son of schotts or billihickup. he is a tough minded, demanding coach who inspires players to play better.
  6. i like it iceman. and id like even more picking a qb with one of those two 2nd round picks. then we can pick maclain with the 1st round pick; qb and dt with the 2nd round pics; an ot or another dl - whichever is best (has more value) in the 3rd round. nice post - has my draft blood flowing.
  7. agreed - i think maybe no lower than round 3 - but i do like some of the guys he picked.
  8. good post - but consider this if you will: peters - it makes no sense to keep beating the peters thing - he did not want to be here - he stated over and over again that as soon as he could he was moving on - he accepted an offer for less money than we offered because he didn't want to be here - and btw he isn't a pro bowl caliber player irrespective of him being voted in as one - he did not play all that well this year to get that honor. mckinnie - i agree with you on this - but it's always easier when you have 2-3 years of data to make the right call - unfortunately, the draft is a crap shoot - i am hoping we hit on an ot this year. oher - he is a talent no doubt and i wanted him at that pick also - but it is too early to tell which one will have the best nfl career - we can continue this discussion on these two players in a couple of years - after three years in the league a better assessment can be made i think.
  9. i love fishing in this pond - too easy - way too easy
  10. that's the hype - they want you to believe it's 12.21.12. so you wont be ready for the what happens 12.12.12 (insert maniacal laugh here). (wait for it) - prepare for it.
  11. iceman - you are reaching on this one - and reaching new depths to find negative things to post buddy.
  12. 12.12.12. what may happen could be beyond your darkest of nightmares - perpare for it
  13. ptr - i respect your opinions, even if i don't agree with all of them - but you have shown some football smarts and i respect that. but i have to disagree with you on this. let me just point out the following for your consideration: 1. you are right about his intense involvement securing tv rights as an afl negotiator; 2. also you are right about saving two afl franchises - but you did not mention how that saved the alf - literally; 3. again you are right about his stead worthy body of work in the merger negotiations; 4. now the above mentioned tasks were not just worthy accomplishments they were revolutionary changes - not evolutionary changes - that changed the landscape of the nfl as we know it; 5. you totally dissed his ownership of a team that won two afl championships; 6. as well as four consecutive afc championships - which means four consecutive trips to the superbowl - an unprecedented accomplishment not before achieved - nor will it ever be achieved again. 7. this is a complete body of work not equaled by any owner or any team - and definitely worthy as hof credentials
  14. #1: funny - except for that pos sullivan - wouldn't let him clean the toilets - with his tongue #2: pathetic - seriously pathetic
  15. hmmmm - well let's see, he helped found the afl; he saved the oakland raiders from folding and thereby saving the afl; based on the previous fact - he then is solely responsible for the nfl as we know it; owner of a team that won two afl championships; owner of a team that won four consecutive afc championships - thereby earning said team four consecutive trips to the superbowl. do you get it now?
  16. i'd be very happy with mcclain as our #1 pick
  17. there is some merit to what you say - but i'm not sure we can disregard the team's leading receiver. i'd like to keep him i think.
  18. a "dangerously" clever respone. hehehehehehe
  19. i hope he stays right there - because i think we will be so much better next year - he will regret not being a part of the ride.
  20. yes someone wants the job and will take the job - 20% will love it - 45% will like it - 25% will not like it - 10% will hate it - and there will be those who will post that they will never watch a bills game again and blindly berate mr. wilson, buddy nix and anyone else they feel they need to - all to make themselves feel important and then the draft comes - use the same percentages on our 2010 draft class, etc. . . .
  21. pathetic - it has been my life's experience that those who display blantant disrespect - deserve no respect
  22. pathetic - i do feel sorry for you - truly and sincerely sorry.
