  1. If Luck comes out, I don't think the 1st spot is available for any reasonable amount.
  2. The Edge does a postgame show, no? looks like they do: http://www.wedg.com/article.asp?id=552973 Stop supporting WGR by listening to it. The only way to see change there is to hurt their ratings. They continually advertise how happy they are to have people listening to the idiots they have on there just to see how idiotic they can be..
  3. I'd rather they take the best player on the board that can help them.
  4. My apologies, it seemed like another 'we should tank the season' thread.
  5. why exactly, do you want the first overall pick? It's rarely worth it unless you want one, very specific player or you can definitely trade down.
  6. He didn't...it was one missed field goal
  7. Will get back to you when we know if there is going to be a next year
  8. ..and it took more than a year.
  9. I wanted Shanahan despite not really liking him as a coach because I felt the Bills needed 'credibility' around the NFL and for some reason..he has it.
  10. would you marry Brohm already so we can stop reading these posts?
  11. because people keep giving him attention for saying stupid things.
  12. It's sad to see someone humiliate themselves in this way. There's help out there: http://suicidehotlines.com/newyork.html http://www.spsfv.org/hotlines.htm http://www.psychologyinfo.com/depression/help.html You don't need to broadcast your personal problems over a public message board, apuszczalowski, there are many ways that you can work out your issues without attention seeking on an internet message board. You'll likely find that this behavior is actually another symptom of depression. We're here for you, but we can only do much.
  13. Right click on your profile at upper right and choose 'manage ignored users' and add his username.
  14. Is it? Teams will have quite a bit of leverage negotiating because if the pick holds out and re-enters the draft then they will likely be subjected to the rookie wage scale that would be in place, being out of football for a year and the corresponding drop in draft position. That all adds up to a rather large paycut compared to taking a 'reasonable' contract prior to the cap being implemented.
  15. What makes you think that? Has that been clarified somewhere? It seems more likely that the second year would be some sort of lottery.
  16. More like "Thread is attention seeking by a depressed individual"
  17. Well, there are those rumblings that the issue is more about players not believing his son is up for the job and that they're going to scapegoat McNabb.
  18. Shanahan is a horrible coach. He should have known that these guys are trash and traded for Brohm.
  19. McNabb went to Washington to be in the same division as the Eagles. I've heard some rumors that may not be working out too well. Their division is not what is used to be either. The Jets, Dolphins and Patriots have been seen as contenders since last season ended. The Bills face one of the toughest schedules in the NFL this year. I'm not 'glad' he didn't come here, but I'm not dismayed or upset that he didn't. I don't think the Bills have much more success with him than they do with Gailey. I wanted Shanhahan because I felt the Bills biggest problem was they lacked the connections in the organization to reach out and acquire quality personnel such as coordinators and coaches. I felt Shanahand provided instant credibility to the franchise. I think Whaley addresses that somewhat, but they're going to have to work for a couple years to prove competence before I think they can start to repair those relationships.
  20. It's a solid move. Nothing to spill your juice over though.
  21. Many Buffalo fans threw out rationality long before last season started. So much depression. Take pills people. The Buffalo Bills signing a waiver guy does not improve your life.
  22. I'm not arguing against Polian, but Manning would make any team as successful as the Colts have been.
