One ancillary point to this conversation, Breida is quickly becoming irrelevant. I was not impressed with the signing, and he has done nothing to prove he belongs (there is a reason this is his third team in 3 years).
I think once Marquez Stevenson returns, he is gone. (Is that this week?)
Where is Dunkirk Don when we need him?
Not sure Brown will replace anyone yet, but the odds of moving a rookie into a position he has never played (Guard) at any level, are very low. If he starts this year, it will be because on of the Tackles is injured. Has he replaced Bates as the extra lineman in short yardage situations?
They have a morning show?
When they brought Keyshawn in, I stopped listening to them in the morning. He is just unbearable. I tried, but just could not do it.
And one other thing, The Raiders, Chargers, and Broncos are all division opponents, they do not fear the Chiefs--they are too familiar with them and have confidence when playing them. The Bills have to get that same level of confidence.
I think a part of it was for practice purpose to give confidence for a future game situation where those three points will be needed. Regardless, it was great to see them go for it, and even better to get the 3 points.
