  1. The next time Jim 'gin blossoms' Irsay says something worthwhile, it will be the first.
  2. Not confusing at all. No need to apologize...and it's not on DirecTV 635-1 (MSG).
  3. There is no argument that you need to get to the playoffs to make the SB. That's a given. But this isn't about the playoffs, it's about your assertion that Dalton is somehow "severely underrated". He's no such thing. He's a middle-of-the-pack QB at best. No more, no less. He turtles when it matters most and hasn't come close to taking his team to the SB.
  4. He's a whopping 0-5 in those playoff games with point totals of 10, 13, 10, 10, & 16 and owns the distinction of being the starting QB of the first team in NFL history to lose five consecutive playoff games in the first round. His mediocrity has nothing to do with him being "a ginger".
  5. Yep, same here. I set the DVR last night and the guide showed 'Indianapolis Colts @ Buffalo Bills'. Just checked and it now shows 'NY Giants @ Buffalo Bills'. Damn...I guess it's the Sunday morning rebroadcast on NFLN after all.
  6. I'm not sure if it will be televised on DirecTV 635-1 outside of NY state. If it is, you may still need the sports package in order to see it. I'm in Richmond and do have the sports package so I'll find out one way or another at 7:00 tonight. Here's to hoping.

  8. Full game broadcast. There may be a few plays not shown due to "time constraints". If it's shown as a re-broadcast, it is 3 hours on the dot.
  9. Was Yoenis Cespedes with them? Four losses??? #yourgodhatesthebills
  10. Amen! It's just not training camp without you, Astro. Keep up the great work. Agreed. Thanks for adding another set of eyes and an additional perspective, NY Nole. Much appreciated, fellas.
  11. "It is pandemonium. It is FAN-demonium." - The late, great Van Miller
  12. Haven't the Vicks exhausted their 15 minutes of fame by now?? Please just go away already. If Marcus "need himself a B word", he should tweet Miko Grimes.
  13. You need two in order to co-chair...
  14. If the Bills are looking for RB help and re-sign Dixon, I feel like they'd be getting a Boobie prize...
  15. Anybody who thinks that they'd put the Jest & the Gints in the same division is absolutely crazy. No way would they allow the two teams in the biggest market to be in the same conference. It makes no sense from a TV revenue perspective. Either CBS or FOX would demand a huge reduction in what they pay if they lost the NYC market. Also, although it makes no sense geographically, Jerruh & L'il Dummy Snyder would never give up the Dallas/Washington rivalry.
  16. Based on what, exactly??? Unless he regresses horribly and completely shites the bed, the Bills can conrtol him thru the 2018 season via the franchise tag. He's not going anywhere after this season.
  17. Which probably explains why he has a weekly spot with Schopp & The Bulldog during the season.
  18. Bingo. Why the hell is this so difficult for people (read: Clayton) to understand??! No, this John Clayton...
  19. I am firmly entrenched in this camp, as well. While I appreciate the fact that Murph is a Buffalo guy and is truly a Bills fan, he does nothing for me in either the booth or on his show. I know it's not fair to compare him to Van Miller in his prime but I guess Van spoiled me over the years. It wouldn't bother me in the least if the Bills announced tomorrow that they were replacing Murph in the booth with somebody else. His calls are simply not that good. He tends to miss a lot of things and hesitates quite a bit ("And the catch is made at the Buffalo 40 by...let's see..........Robert Woods. No, no...it's Sammy Watkins. Sammy actually hauled it in."). The most annoying thing to me about his show is that he throws out a topic and asks for "your opinion" and then if a caller has anything even slightly negative to say about the Bills or takes a contrarian view from his, he invariably responds with, "I don't know", "That's your opinion but I would tend to disagree", "I'm not so sure about that" or something along those lines. He's always polite about it but it's annoying nonetheless. I listen from time to time on the Bills app or the WGR app when I'm walking the dog just because it's Bills related and I can get a quick fix but a lot of it is simply Bills propaganda, as others have stated. He's merely a company shill and is a loyal soldier indeed. I'm glad that he's not a Negative Nelly but he's a little too Pollyanna for me. I also believe that Sal Capaccio does a much better job on 'The John Murphy Show' than John Murphy does...but I'm sure that Murph would respond with, "I'm not so sure about that". JMO
  20. When my dad was a kid growing up in Dunkirk, he had a cousin who died trying to cross the tracks to beat a train. His cousin made it across the first set of tracks but didn't see the other train coming in the opposite direction and ran right into its oncoming path. Killled him instantly, taking off half of his face/head. Horrible.
  21. He's a football player. Just rub some weed on it and get back in there.
