  1. If the kid is nearly as good or better they should have tried to deal moorman for something of value. Assuming you can get something of value for a punter I guess.
  2. I cringe whenever I hear that. That usually implies that his "tangibles" are lacking.
  3. They interviewed Fitz during the 2nd half on the sideline as part of the TV broadcast and he said he was starting the beard again as of that day and encouraged Bills fans to do the same.
  4. Every season ticket holder for every team in every sport I have ever heard of does not pay face value for the tickets. That's the benefit to the fan for paying out all the money up front. If you look at the season ticket price for your seat and multiply it by 9 you should wind up with the amount you paid. Which means as a season ticket holder you paid the same price for the 2 preseason games as you did for the 7 home regular season games.
  5. As you pointed out, we really haven't seen our starting front 7 much because of Merriman being out (which itself is disturbing but that's been discussed ad nauseam elsewhere). The current front 7, though improved from last season to be sure, hasn't dominated any of the preseason. Not sure how you make the leap from this to the Bills Dline being near Detroits. I think you are letting preseason excitement cloud your judgement a tad, but hey it's that time of year. Enjoy
  6. Mine did. Though that second half did drag on for an eternity.
  7. I would say that Bell is far better than Spiller right now. That's an easy call. Spiller is producing **** at the moment. Spiller however has a much higher potential than Bell which is why Chix drafted Spiller so high in the first place. Now Gailey and Spiller need to figure out a way for Spiller to achieve his potential, and pretty damn quick.
  8. Fitz probably has to survive only one series. But I hope at the first sign of anything blue coming at him he throws the ball into the stands.
  9. It will take a lot more than that. The offense, defense, and special teams need to bring their A+++ games with zero mistakes. And the Bills coaching staff, particularly Gailey, has to plan and execute the game plan of their lives. Then the Bills have a chance. Otherwise years of developing talent and better coaching rises to the top. But, that's why they play the games. you never know.
  10. I would have preferred to play Detroit this past Saturday when the starters get to play. That would have shown Gailey exactly where both the OL and defense are (Stafford looked pretty freaking sharp). Gailey got a positive read Saturday, but I wonder if it was an accurate read or not.
  11. Congrats my robotic friend!
  12. I'm just watching it now for the first time. The starters look better than they did so far this year. But the jags look absolutely horrible as well. The mistake negating the Searcy fumble for example as a huge one. Not seeing much of Spiller which is interesting. Freddy and Brad Smith looking very good. All in all a good way for the starters to end the preseason and head into real games.
  13. A little wishful thinking there? I'd have to give this one to KC because it is their home opener and it is a hard place for away teams to play. It should not be a blowout though unless Cassell has a hot hand so it is possible for the Bills to steal the game if the Bills offense plays over their heads.
  14. He did last night. Just sayin.
  15. And why wouldn't he be with those 2 receivers to throw to.
  16. On his Twitter:
  17. This was their preseason game 3. If you noticed both teams played their starters the majority of the game so the "good corners" were in the game and they was blitzing. A lot of cry babies here who won't or can't realize that Evans is a very good #2 receiver and with a team like the Ravens have and a QB like Flacco he will finally get the opportunity to shine and I expect him to take full advantage of it. Evans was not the problem, the Bills were. It sucks but it is what it is. The Ravens, their fans, and Gruden can see it. It's a shame some Bills fans cannot.
  18. I expect a career year from Lee with Flacco throwing. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy. If Nix traded him to give a chance with a contender then my hat is off to him as well.
  19. Wow I guess so!
  20. We got 6 tickets high up in a sideline lowerbowl section for $6 each off stubhub. Anyone who buys the $15 kids tickets with the adults at full price is getting scammed by the Bills.
  21. Torbor to IR
  22. Hence the Morrison signing. Linky
  23. She should see the light and become a Jill. We need a hot Jill.
  24. I'm not sure how you define a great game, but I define it as a game played at a high level by both teams. Every game last season was played at a very low level by the Bills (and sometimes their opponents) in my opinion. It is impossible to play a great game when you have **** for talent. If you define a great game as a game whose score was close, then I can understand your statement. But I cannot call a turd-fest that happened to end up with a close score a great game,
