  1. What the hell is all purpose sauce? And 'sauce-lovers?' This has got to be spam, right?
  2. This will intimidate the crap out of opposing team's fans between ages 13-17 I thought the logic behind t-rex was pretty funny (more so than the name itself?), I don't mind meatball though.
  3. I am a big fan of nick fairley. I'm intrigued by Bowers and Quinn, but not quite sold yet
  4. I'm glad people are rallying to harrison's defense. I think the league is way out of line with their penalty/fine fervor
  5. LA and SD are both bad sports towns. The chargers moving would be the least painful, after jacksonville. While I'd rather everyone just remain at their current locations, it wouldn't be a big deal for the chargers to move. While there would be an initial outcry from the sd fans, I doubt half of SD's citizens would notice/care, and the chargers would ultimately retain their fans even in LA. Lived out here in southern california for almost 20 years. Just to reiterate I'd prefer all 32 teams to stay put.
  6. Once again, Chan addressed this directly. He said Byrd will remain the starter but George will get similar PT to last week
  7. Chan said Byrd will remain the starter but George will get similar PT to last week
  8. I would have no qualms if we drafted multiple tackles in early(ish) rounds (LT & RT); I want depth, and talent. I do think that 2 of our first 3 picks should be defensive, though.
  9. Have you watched him play? I don't have faith in this guy at all. He seems like he's high on draft boards, but from all the film i've seen on him I don't understand it. That being said, if we take him and he plays well, I'll happily eat crow +1
  10. Give Fitzpatrick an entire offseason as the starter and he will flourish. I'm not advocating for any draft strategy, just claiming that with an offseason free of a QB competition, fitzy would play even better imo. Maybe he would even focus on improving his accuracy. Who knows.
  11. I think that claim is just a bit bold at this time
  12. Ugh, what a great interview. I just can't believe what we have become.
  13. Fitz is THE reason we're competitive and not getting blown out.
  14. Interesting. I was just going to say the team actually looks better than any bills team over the last few years, and it's funny how the team in 0-8. Fitzpatrick is the primary reason we have an offense. I can only imagine how miserable we would look with Edwards . These last 4 losses have been tough, but we are knocking on the door consistently. We play tough game in and game out, that's the difference I see. I'm more optimistic now than I was at any point during the Jauron era, yet here we are at 0 and 8. EDIT: Really? The same team of the last three years? I haven't seen an offense like this in Buffalo in who knows how long
  15. I've always hoped they'd just return to the 87-01 unis for good, and still rotate the 64-65 throwbacks in for 2 games a year.
  16. The first paragraph of that article sums up what I've seen every time I've had the chance to see him play: "Pass Rush/Closing ability/Moves and counter moves: A good college pass rusher, Clayborn would struggle as a right defensive end in the NFL. He lacks the speed, secondary moves and agility to make it as a pass rusher. As a 3-4 defensive end, Clayborn will be asked to stop the run and, depending on the scheme, create pressure on the pocket. Does not show an ability to dip his shoulder or roll his hips to turn the corner- this must be learned. Has yet to develop a secondary move and relies purely on strength as a college player. As a college defensive end he is stronger than most tackles- this will not be the case in the NFL." I worry about this guy. Man I want an impact player in this year's draft, I really like what I'm seeing from Nick Fairley
  17. Fitz's arm strength is fine, IMO. I'm excited to see what happens when he has a full offseason/training camp as the starter.
  18. Coors light isn't great, but I still would rather drink it than bud light anyday. Coors Banquet (Original) is a solid cheap beer too. Oh well.
  19. How is anything a reach in the 7th round? I mean really, someone would be devastated we lost a 7th round pick when we should have signed someone as an UDFA? I thought he'd have been picked earlier too so...
  20. I thought I heard Chavous say "I watched him carve up Ohio State for 4 quarters." hmmm I have no doubts he'll make the team, after watching the post draft press conference it seems like they really like him.
