the past two World Cup's we advanced to second round(both times we were in group of death). lol I do have some hurricane glasses and that might be appropriate. I am going to juice a watermelon, add some chili peppers and cilantro, let sit overnight and serve with Cuervo in snifter glasses I think. What other additions might be good with watermelon mixer?

I strongly disagree. Many doctors feel the way to prevent/treat cancer is nuts and seeds. An almond is as nutrient dense as any other food. Nutritition is not an exact science. No nutritionist can tell me all the good that is packed in an orange. Sure there is vitamin C, but there is a lot more health benefits then that. Same with an almond. I will tell you what is bad- fast food, any processed food, the ubiquitous fructose corn syrup, gmos, sysco products, and most anything not on perimeter of grocery store. That **** scares the hell out of me. But like you said, many fats are good for you. Good fats are great for you
