  1. Right, or torn ligaments/tendons? (e.g. Butler, Mitchell) If they were having pulled muscles or things of that nature I might agree.
  2. I agree with that, even with a new CBA the free agent crop is very weak, and how much can be expected from a rookie QB?
  3. He's not gonna be here next year, he has no trade value.
  4. There's something to be said for letting a guy sit and develop.
  5. If it will still make tackles 10 yds downfield the $50 may be worth it for Ralph.
  6. Why does it say display purposes only? what else would you do with it?
  7. Didn't Bell play some guard last season? Perhaps he could man the RG spot until Wood is healthy and Wood could be the long term answer at center, where pulling and mobility would be of less importance. Regardless, with Levitre, Wood, Bell, Butler and Meredith there is some potential for a good offensive line down the road.
  8. Perhaps Oakland waits since they still have Jamarcus on their roster as well, but I think a new coach in Wash will want a new QB and therefore Campbell is finished. There really isn't a QB in free agency this upcoming offseason that would warrant a team signing to be their starter and therefore if a team is looking for a new QB, the first round in the draft is probably their best option.
  9. Oakland? Washington? I didn't realize that those teams were set at QB with Gradkowski and Campbell.
  10. But in the instance of "brutal winds" does it matter where the QB is from?
  11. http://www.lagerassassin.co.uk/tvbank/0027.html this is working for me.
  12. But if there is no new CBA, then the amount of quality unrestricted free agents is extremely limited.
  13. Surprisingly right around the same time his HOF quarterback retired. Holmgren failed in Seattle as GM because he no longer had Favre. Teams win/lose because of their quarterback.
  14. and if there is no new CBA I think only Clifton and Gandy are unrestricted from that group. I think 1st or 2nd round pick is the way to go.
  15. I agree, also, is the bills team makeup really more unattractive than the Browns or Redskins?
  16. I think Lynch, Whitner and Stroud are more valuable on the roster than the low draft choices (4th round?) that you'd receive for them. Edwards' value is zero, and if he's not on the roster it's because he has been cut. In my opinion Evans is the most valuable player on the roster, but i'm not sure I want to trade him with Reed and Owens being free agents at the end of the year and therefore having to use the pick they received for Evans to replace him at WR. One player I think could garner some value and make sense trading would be Schobel. You'd probably only get a 3rd or 4th in return, but this would open a spot for Maybin to get a chance to play next season or if a new coach switches to the 3-4 he would have no use anyway.
  17. I don't think Brohm should be counted on for anything other than being a depth QB. I would leave their top two needs at the best player available between QB and OT.
  18. That is true also, however currently the team is in the middle of the pack in terms of player salaries. I see no reason why it would be assumed that they suddenly would change this, especially with rules being put in place to make it easier for them to do so.
  19. I'm sorry that you are frustrated, but your statements are ignorant.
