  1. "he talks to them a certain way and some players would take it. I wouldn’t take it. “ wow---Bombshell!!! lol. That's it? This is all he's got? Such BS from a guy the Chiefs dumped to the curb in the playoffs. He always about himself. Who cares what this clown has to say at this point?
  2. It's 50 TVs with a house wrapped around it. "privacy and security"?? It's right on the street, surrounded by neighbors.....and It's backed up against a horse farm!--imagine the smells! Looks like it was decorated by Fred Flintstone. He paid under a million for it 10 years ago.
  3. what if the QB just runs backwards a yard or 2 then gives himself up? Also, having a rule only for the end of the game when a team is up X amount of points tends toward absurdity. Both teams have equal opportunity to counter the other's Offense and manage their TO's appropriately. The loser can't use goofy rules to salvage a win with seconds left. This would be a rule change in search of a problem to solve.
  4. The kneel down rarely comes in a close game--hence: "the victory formation". What if they run a legit play and lose a yard or 2--the clock wouldn't run on plays for losses, only if they gain a yard? This rule would make no sense at all.
  5. what I meant was he wouldn't be very controversial roster spot due to the fact that the kneeling controversy has lost nearly all of its steam over the years. That leaves a more likely reason for his still struggling to get looks by the NFL being that teams feel he was on a significant decline before he left the league and hasn't played football in 6 years.
  6. Nah. No one cares about kneeling or not kneeling anymore. Players in every sports league are allowed to express themselves. The NFL is all in on social justice awareness.
  7. i was refuting your post about Blackmon as incorrect. No one is saying predatory behavior is not “a lot worse” than not being able to function without getting high. But all those guys wrote their own tickets out of the NFL, despite many second chances. So yours is not really a point worth making..
  8. Blackmon was an alcoholic with multiple DWI's. Plus he was too stupid not to keep failing his drug screens. For those reasons, he is out of the league. The Jags never released him, he could have come back after a vetting process.
  9. Sure, pettiest balls…but how thick is he now?
  10. They were never going hire Whaley. zero point zero chance
  11. This was already covered here not long ago...
  12. Uhhh wut? Have you read anything about this at all? It doesn’t seem so, at all. There is no prosecutor. He’s being sued. It’s a civil deposition. He was asked why he sent an apology text after that massage. HE decided to answer by disclosing to the plaintiffs lawyer that she was crying at the end of the massage.
  13. Can't always control their clients. But I really don't think they are sweating this. It's a high profile case that only keeps their rep as a go to firm, win or lose.
  14. He brought up the fact that she was crying at the end of the encounter. He wasn't asked that.
  15. True but sometimes the played games prove them correct.
  16. Assisting him with…what?
  17. Grant, Marv and Gil Brandt should do a podcast. Their combined 272 years of lifer experience could really change the game as we know it.
  18. Perhaps the ketamine plus the alcohol veers away from simply "alcoholic".....
  19. What would be the point of any of this?
  20. Goodell doesn’t make the rules..
