  1. they say you can't teach speed
  2. Don't mean to sound rude....but how can you have "no idea what happened here"? We know he was there. We know he was racing the car that crashed. He's charged with reckless driving and racing. He lied to the cops about all of that for obvious reasons. What might exonerate him? What would you be waiting for that would help you form an opinion?
  3. His public comment is that "the facts" will have him "completely exonerated" of any crime." WTF is he talking about? He lied when the cops asked him if he was racing the other car--in fact he lied first when he told them he was nowhere near the other car ("a mile away"), then he lied and said he was nearby, but following the car from well behind. Finally he admitted he was alongside the other car. There is video of him racing the other car, weaving in and out of lanes. What on earth does he think will exonerate him? I know every charged crook said this, but what is he talking about?
  4. Why wouldn't this already be part of regular discovery?
  5. He did cough it up a bunch, but I was comparing him with a kick returner (Hines) who isn't part of any Offense.
  6. What happened to the last guy who said they were "going to build a bully"? Jeez, he might as well have opened with ""Is this thing on? Because it's getting ready to be on". There's nothing nasty about this Defense.
  7. The Empires had no problem getting a dome...
  8. It's not they (she's dead), it's him.
  9. Plus he had to know his friend driving the Explorer was tanked. Plus he lied to the cops about everything afterwards. Plus he left the scene of the accident.
  10. Those top teams have value because they have massive revenue. They don’t need a SB win for that, obviously. 8 billion will be top 10 4 years from now.
  11. Yes they are skyrocketing. Bills aren’t going to be in that top 10 at 8 billion in 4 years. The Commanders are the only team on the block in the foreseeable future. They will generate an actual price, not theoretical. They currently are theoretically at #6. Will they jump to #1 overtaking the Cowboys, currently at 8 billion? Unlikely, Dallas has to much revenue generating power compared to nearly every other team. Even a billionaire is going to take that into his pricing offer for Washington. The willingness to pay for a team will reach reality at the top of the market. The Bills have among the weakest revenue generating power. No buyer is going to offer too 10 money for that.
  12. bottom valuation teams can increase the most. The most valuable teams stay the most valuable but not with the sane incremental increase. We are discussing a valuation of 8 billion in 4 years. That would place the Bills easily in the top 10 NFL valuations in 4 years—an increase of 135%. If the top 10 value teams, only 3 have won a SB in the last 10 years. It includes the Bears, Jets and Giants. It’s not going to happen.
  13. The coeds at The U have to be orders of magnitude hotter than those at UB. He's as good as gone..
  14. which teams have doubled in 5 years?
  15. Probably not. The stadium is not an asset. The Falcons value went up 27% after their publicly funded stadium opened---not chump change but not anything like 8 billion would take for the Bills to get to 8 million in 4 years.
  16. look at his YBC. It’s huge. He’s not out there for the check down…
  17. He doesn't. His is 2.1 yards. YBC only 8.5, he's a slot/dump off/checkdown WR.
  18. "not the goffers, the GOFFERS!"
  19. McKenzie has 1 more year--he's only getting 2.5 million next season. He had 478 yards from scrimmage on 51 touches and 5 TDs. Hines had 11 touches for 50 yards, 1 receiving TD and 2 returns for TD (in same game) and he is owed 10+ million over the next 2 years! He's a "fringe/ST guy"....
  20. The greatest turf jockey since Carl Spackler
  21. Meanwhile, the Browns are thinking of restructuring Watson...
  22. For everyone who commented on the SB field being slippery because of "paint"...not so! A very disgusted Sodfather explains....as he shreds his colleague to ribbons! https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/35754546/ex-nfl-groundskeeper-george-toma-super-bowl-lvii-field-was-overwatered "So, what he does," Toma said, referring to Ed Mangan, the NFL field director who was in charge of the Super Bowl field and worked under Toma for years, "he waters the hell out of it and puts it right into the stadium and that's it. Never sees sunlight again. He can't do that." "It had a rotten smell," he said. Toma also alleged that Mangan did not sand the field enough. "He sanded it two weeks too late," Toma said. "He had only one sanding. He should have had two or three sandings, but he didn't do *****. And that was it. And not only that, he didn't take care of it. He wouldn't listen to anybody." "I can't take it anymore," said Toma, who said he hasn't been pleased with how the NFL responded to field issues at Super Bowl sites in the past. "Me and the league are finished," Toma said. "They can't tell me what to do anymore. We're done."
