  1. yahoo is looking for CONTENT just like everyone else. they don't care if it is positive or negative. as long as it fills space. there is no conspiracy.
  2. Toronto is within the home territory of the Buffalo Bills as defined by the NFL. http://www.nfl.com/static/content//public/static/html/careers/pdf/co_.pdf
  3. Solder was a 1st round pick and Vollmer was a 2nd round pick.......agree with ya on Wendell and cannon.
  4. the Patriots invest heavily in both draft choices and dollars in their front 7 (OL & TE). then go cheap at WR & RB. they do the same thing on defense and go cheap in the secondary.
  5. speaking of Mawae....he's now with the Bills http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-2/Former-All-Pro-Mawae-helping-Bills-OL/5f7723cb-afb2-47ed-afc0-b9c4fc7ca374
  6. the Bills have the 4th LARGEST NFL market.

  8. the Bills are NOT on the list. http://www.thestreet.com/story/11998448/1/5-nfl-teams-that-should-just-move-already.html
  9. and here is a point I would like to make. Tennessee's top 2 acquisitions were GUARDS, levitre in free agency and warmack in the draft. I think guards are every bit as important as any other position on offense except QB. I say Tennessee improves more than buffalo this coming season. we had a stud in levitre and should have kept him. he is more valuable than byrd and mckelvin put together, who the bills decided to pay instead.
  10. if Clowney was my son, I would advise he sit out and prepare for the combine. he is a certain lock to go Top 3 in the draft, if not #1 overall.
  11. Chris Johnson cut back exactly against the great block Levitre threw. the sack on Locker was NOT levitre, he had his man under control. the 4th down conversion ran directly behind a pulling Levitre. Warmack gave up a sack, but was the lead blocker on the long TD that went left. http://www.nfl.com/videos
  12. NFC North: GB NFC East: NYG NFC West:SF NFC South:ATL Wild cards: SEA, NO AFC North: BAL AFC East: NE AFC West: DEN AFC South: HOU Wild cards: INDY, CIN NFC Championship game: SF over SEA AFC Championship game: DEN over NE Superbowl (and SB MVP): SF over DEN

  14. right after chris Johnson leads the league in rushing, he will get the ProBowl recognition he deserves.

  16. NFLPA: We haven't discussed schedule tweaks with NFL: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000227639/article/nflpa-we-havent-discussed-schedule-tweaks-with-nfl
  17. Marrone to #Bills: "I know you're sore, I know you're tired. But today is a 'push' day. Let's push it! Let's go!" http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-2/Practice-Notes---Aug-8th/649c3dd7-04d8-40d1-98af-5a89e0f90804
  18. Jadeveon Clowney would be wise to sit out season: The combination of a rash of injuries across the NFL through the first two weeks of practice and the opening of Division I college football camps throughout the country is a good time to consider the dilemma Clowney, and to a lesser extent other top-flight prospects like Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and Texas A&M offensive tackle Jake Matthews, are facing. Every single practice or game comes with the very real threat of an injury, and the loss of all or the vast majority of that money. Sure, he can take out an insurance policy but that premium costs money, and the maximum amount he would receive if and only if he suffered a career-ending injury and never played a down of football again is $10 million. If you owned a business and Clowney were your asset there is no way you'd let that machine run and possibly break down over the next nine months when you knew you could sell it for $24 million next May. It's the same line of thinking that leads horse owners to pull their successful thoroughbreds out of late-season races for fear that an injury could affect their ability to command large stud fees. http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/story/2013-08-08/jadeveon-clowney-south-carolina-nfl-draft

  21. #1- bills don't like what they have at LG #2- cordy's weakness has been exposed in camp (speed rushers). #3- kill two birds with one stone. move cordy inside where he will dominate. #4- bills don' like what is behind cordy at LT #5- everyone back to where there were.
  22. while I agree with ya, no way they take less revenue. if they kept the 16-4 schedule (2 home preseason games) they could cut the preseason games in half, but then they would just increase the regular season tix price to make up for it. I think the final answer is going to be to stay at 16 regular, go down to 2 preseason and then ADD either one or two more playoff teams from each conference (up from the current 6) so that the added revenue comes from playoff games.
