  6. The regular season should be a 19-week, 17-game schedule, with each team having eight home games, eight away games, two bye weeks and one neutral-site game. http://mmqb.si.com/2014/10/22/nfl-international-series-global-expansion/
  7. Rogers reasons were obvious....he wanted to own an NFL franchise. he felt the series would give them a leg up towards that goal.

  9. As for the Bills-In-Toronto series, the Pegulas are ready to end it. "We're working on that right now," Kim said. "We want all the home games to be played in Buffalo, so we're working through that. I think it's close, but nothing's been finalized. But that is our intent." http://pro32.ap.org/article/bills-owners-commit-new-home
  10. any or all of our 53 players.
  11. whoever picked Sammy jinxed us....
  12. very interested in ryan mallett. big arm, very accurate. gotta hunch he'll be good.
  13. worst kept coaching secret....Cowher is waiting for the Giants job to open up.
  14. woody is cheap. Gary Patterson TCU
  15. I expect Romo to be out a month (3 games) ARZ, JAX & BYE week
  16. In games where the temperature is below 40 degrees, Peyton Manning's record is 8-12 with 32 touchdowns to 25 interceptions. put an asterisk next to his accomplishments as playing indoors is a huge career stat advantage over QB's like Jim Kelly & tom brady.
  17. it's encouraging to see he values TE's that high..... i'm very pro a double TE formation on offense. currently none of our TE's can block and only one can catch.
  18. with the depth of the DL, this team could lose a top DL and be ok. #1- Orton assuming #1 is lost, then #2A- EJ assuming #1 not lost, then #2B- Sammy
  19. so EJ just watching the starters uses up his allotted practice time ? that's whacked.
  20. good on EJ......shame on the coaches. an extra 20 minutes ?? whoopee!! preparation for the backup QB is whacked. the backup should duplicating exactly whatever the starter did. just with the other backups. if the starter is getting 100 reps, then after the starters are done, the backups should run the exact same routine.
  21. whoa (I say to myself) don't want to offend the "hollaback" movement to end street harassment....
  22. it's impossible to predict if anyone will "hit" (get right) on any current or future draft pick. in order to justify the two first round picks, Sammy must become a pro bowler. so far, so good.
  23. just to temper the orton enthusiasm total QBR says Orton is the 28th best QB. mostly because he doesn't help much with his legs as evidenced by his rushing yards and inability to escape sacks. Russell Wilson is an example of a QB who uses his legs for rushing yards and escaping sacks: his passer ranking is 25th best, his total QBR ranking is 13th best. anyone here would rather have Orton over Wilson ?
