Raiders used to do training camp ay a motel in the Napa Valley as recently as 25 years ago. There was no public allowed. Someone I worked with was a neighbor of Gruden and their kids were in the same class. He invited them to the training camp and there were very few other guests there. I'm immune compromised (on anti-rejection meds after my kidney transplant) and I got the COVID booster and the flu shot about 7 months after my transplant under the direction of the transplant center. They said the dead vaccines are OK but avoid the live ones. The Shingrix (shingles) one is live but I got it before\he transplant. I've gotten parainfluenza twice and a cold around New Years but I contacted them and they advised me on what to do and to keep them informed and all three were mild.

We parked in lot 1 back even before the Fieldhouse was built. we always stayed until yje end and brought out the grill for post game weenies/ burgers (about 1 hour or so). Traffic would crawl getting out, but flowed smoothly. It was clear sailing after we hit Big Tree.

Any diet to one extreme, Carnivore or Vegan, is not healthy in the long run. After my kidney transplant, they told me the diet I should stick to is a balanced, sensible one. My monthly blood tests, which I am going for today, show my electrolytes, etc. all in the normal range along with my vitals. The only dietary restriction I have are NO grapefruit or pomegranate EVER again as those interfere with the activation of the anti-rejection meds in the liver.

They have ti install the drain pipes and heating elements for the roof.The heating elements will melt the snow and the way the roof is constructed, it will drain the melt to the center and be piped away.
