  1. This is a more reasonable view from my perspective.
  2. No, it is not a fact. You really have a hard time differentiating between fact and opinion. Polling data at the time they are being conducted cannot be measured with 100% certitude as you are doing. It is of your belief that the polling data is incorrect and useless. Yet, despite your anathema for data in this case polling data, factually speaking, it does have a tendency to predicting final outcomes. That is a fact! Not an opinion but fact. There is also a reason why virtually every single campaign spends gobs of money on polling data. It is to measure whether or not they are ahead or behind or if there happens to be a change in sentiment. It's simply a tool used by campaigns on what they believe that they may or may not need to do to try to alter the outcome of the race. You may think they are useless but every candidate you have ever supported and that has defeated the candidates you have supported have all used polling data. Now, I know you'd like to think that your visceral gut feeling trumps what just about every campaign in modern history continues to do and that is your right to do so, but when you present your opinions as facts, you leave yourself open to ridicule. Deep down, I know you aren't this dumb. You have just gone so far down this rabbit hole that there is no saving face other than just holding strong to what is conclusively an incorrect statement. That wasn't an opinion of mine, that was a fact.
  3. Like yours, right? In any case, it's his right to kneel and it's fans right to burn his Jersey in protest of his beliefs. That's the way it should be, not the burning or kneeling part, but that people are free to protest their views in a manner that is not disruptive or violent. In any case, I hope we knock the crap out of him and sack him 9 times, not because of his kneeling attention seeking but because I'm a Bills fan.
  4. That's not what you said. You said that ALL Mexicans/Latino's believe that this is their country, and that they only vote for the interest of their own race (myself included), essentially equivocating that they are the only ones to do so, via omission of other races.
  5. It's breathtaking the lack of comprehension that exists on this board.
  6. CNN is really showing themselves to be hugely biased in this election. That's not what I'm talking about.
  7. You guys have a really hard time differentiating between a fact and an opinion. As a matter of FACT, here are the historical track records of each polling outfits polling results. Polling companies on average historically predict who will end up winning the elections. That is a FACT. Now if you want to tell me that you believe that the polls are off for whatever reason, then that's fine, that is your opinion. But it is not a fact! Do you understand that?
  8. Some of you really have a hard time with the English language. Let me try to make this as clear as possible: Let's just hope that the Bills don't get complacent heading into this game. That's it
  9. I'm not going to address every asinine comment that posters make on this board, if that were the case rather than wasting a few minutes I'd waste hours. If you want to know Bernie's position on immigration, he is essentially at the polar opposite view that you take. I guarantee you that if he heard you make those comments about Mexicans and Latino's he'd admonish you. Here are his positions, straight from his website. https://berniesanders.com/issues/a-fair-and-humane-immigration-policy/
  10. So to make your point, you link an article from Hector Luis Alamo who is an author for LatinoRebels website who essentially has the same views towards whites as Al Sharpton? If you are going to be consistent, then you may as well lump in AA's into your argument.
  11. First of all, you don't know if those polls are inaccurate. Secondly, if you had just started off with this post, then I'd have just left it as your opinion.
  12. I wouldn't consider what he said to be an endorsement. If you really wanted to stretch his words, it would be an endorsement via non endorsement of Trump. Having said that, I can't see this being good for his business.
  13. No dude, you are certifiably nuts. Don't you see? The GOP needed an intransigent candidate, who communicated relatively hardline religious, immigration views who was very popular with Talk radio. Never mind the fact that he was about as unpopular as a candidate that we've seen outside of the base and that Democratic strategists who have defeated Republicans in election year cycles were creaming their pants for an opportunity to face him. It's just crazy talk, it's all crazy talk man.
  14. If you had gone off to state that was simply your opinion without the hysterics, we wouldn't be going down this path.
  15. No, you have that backwards, you "certifiable" anti "software" "lol" dummy.
  16. That's not how arguments work, dummy. If you are the one making a claim that is so patently absurd the onus is on you to prove it, not to provide your anecdotal views as proof. There is no statistical data points that are available and to be honest there is no way to compile such data to prove or disprove such a statement. However, your argument is: A) Latino's and more specifically Mexicans have a sense of entitlement that this country belongs to them. B) That ALL Latino's/Mexicans believe that they only make decisions that will benefit their race or ethnicity. C) That I am incapable of looking at this objectively and that my opinions are solely based on "How this can benefit Latino's" because I have Hispanic roots. It's just absurd having to address this but here I am. Do you not realize how stupid this sounds? In any case, the argument that you are essentially making is that the entire race looks at their own race's self-benefit and that it is one of entitlement. Entitled that they believe that this is "their country". I don't dispute that there could be a culture of entitlement of this view, but entitlement is not a unique trait to the Latino race. Entitlement is something that all races and all walks of life whether it be from the "ruling class" like Hillary who believes she's entitled to the presidency. Corrupt individuals on Wall Street who believe they are entitled to mismanage their clients money. Some poor white working folks, AA's, Latino's who believe they are entitled to government benefits. The list goes on and on. Your mistake, which are numerous is that you lump in all Latino's/Mexicans who have this belief. And you go on about it as if it were fact, which don't worry, people passing off opinions as facts is apparently a widespread phenomena on this site. Also, you sound very Trump-like when you explicitly make the case that I'm incapable of objective thought. Ala Trump and the supposed Mexican Judge deal. It's you who is not able to view this objectively.
  17. Translation: I hate reasonable views based on data, I go with what Talk Radio says.
  18. While we are quoting what these people are saying, let's quote something else they recently said.
  19. Yes, we get it, you hate data and what strategists who've defeated Repubs in general election year cycles have to say and you'd rather go with your gut, which is essentially is what Talk Radio thinks.
  20. You're right, since there are no statistics, complacency doesn't happen in the NFL, because you know, there are no stats for it.
  21. The Ravens and Bucs of years past, Seahawks of a few years ago or even Denver of last years has to be the model. To be honest, I don't believe our defense at this moment matches their production but this should be the model. And make no mistake, with Ragland, Dareus and Shaq we could very well be at that level within the next year or two.
  22. Exactly! But we know that complacency is a human trait and that some people and organizations are more immune to it than others.
  23. I think the problem is that some view you and others as being too protective over any sort of criticism towards the Bills. I'm generally positive about the Bills but I do recognize that TT will have to improve his consistency in between the 20's. I also believe that those criticizing him aren't focusing in enough on his ability to manage the football game, not turn it over and make plays during the game in crucial points. Yeah, he missed passes, although there were plenty of drops that were costly, but he made two really nice plays in the red zone that resulted in TD's. Whereas the Rams were in the Redzone often and couldn't make hardly any plays.
  24. I think too many of you are getting all up in arms over his "trap" game comment. It's a matter of semantics, It's essentially a euphemism for complacency. The point stands, hopefully the Bills won't be complacent going into this game and treat it with the same urgency that they would if they were facing the Patriots.
