  1. People don't buy Rolex's to look at the time.
  2. How many points did the Dolphins put up to that point? What was our Defensive record before and after that for the year? You'd really have to be extremely naive not to believe that the AW loss for the year was extremely debilitating to this defense. I've said it before and I'll say it again, his loss to our defense was much more underestimated than what people know.
  3. It did take Moulds a while to get going. Sammy's issues have been more injury related than anything.
  4. IFthey can figure out a way to lessen his cap hit, I'm all for it but I just let's be clear here, Kyle was every bit worth what he was paid last year and if there isn't much of a noticeable decline in his play next year, he'll be worth every bit what he is expected to be paid next year as well.
  5. Looks like he may end up getting the last laugh. Hopefully this helps push us towards picking up his option.
  6. It went right over your head. As usual I agree, I was just challenging the premise of your argument which I understood it to be that he would need a certain type of QB to be able to understand the complexities of his offense.
  7. I suppose Tebow was able to crack that complex offensive passing approach. It appears to me that McCoy has the ability to adjust to the talent around him.
  8. More like this
  9. As a major Tarheel fan, I can tell you that Trubisky is no Locker. The guy is accurate and Locker wasn't. Major difference in that regard.
  10. It's hard to take much out of a 5 minute video but he does seem to understand the nuances of the game.
  11. Yep, people hate him because he's a curmudgeon and that he's always appears to be negative. Unfortunately he is more often right than not.
  12. If that were to be the case, which I think your sentiment is correct just way off on your figures, we should pick up his option and trade him.
  13. If we would have a decent defense this year we would have been in the playoffs. The problem was the defense. We lost 6 games this year when we scored 24 points. That's ridiculous.
  14. Schefter is pretty reliable. Having said that, I just don't see how they could make this decision as of yet, it just doesn't make sense. You would think that they'd want to hire the new coach first and then get his input. Taking away the option of possibly having Tyrod I think could hurt us with our coaching search. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong.
  15. Oh, I suppose you forgot the fact that two failed run plays on first and second pushed us back 10 yards. But go ahead, carry on.
  16. I personally like the guy and all but let's be clear here, EJ simply isn't a good QB, period!
  17. Possibly, that's up for debate. The point that I'm making is that I believe that there is a possibility that some teams may be willing to give up a decent draft pick or picks to get him.
  18. Look at what the Vikings traded to get Bradford. I wouldn't be entirely surprised to see a team, such as like a Denver who coupled with their championship caliber defense could entertain the thought of acquiring a QB like Tyrod as an effective option playing the game manager role. I would even venture to guess that they believe they could be in the hunt to win the Superbowl. I don't believe it is as far-fetched as you may think
  19. I have little doubt that he would garner interest from other NFL teams looking to be their starting QB. Wouldn't it make sense to trade him to another team? I wouldn't be surprised that we could get late first rounder for him. If not a 2nd along with another draft pick.
  20. You're too defensive. Despite Sully being a jackass, he is right in this case.
  21. The guy is obviously bright and detailed oriented, the question I have is he head coaching material or just a fantastic piece to Belicheck's staff?
  22. By no means am I saying Tyrod is the franchise QB we need, but by no rational observation can anyone conclude that he is the biggest problem on this team. The defense is the main problem, if our defense would have lived up to it's expectations we'd already be at 10+ wins on the year. It's mind boggling, I look at our defensive pieces and think to myself that we should have a upper echelon defense yet we don't.
  23. Make no mistake, the defense is what has failed us this year. If we would have had a top 5 defense we would have been an 11-5 playoff team.
