  1. The topic is silly. Im happy w EJ. But make no mistake that i wanted bills to draft Geno, just look at my post history. Instead the clown goes to the circus and we get to see him perform 2x a year against us. UGH.
  2. Give credit to Geno. Huge win
  3. FO Im OK HC im Happy DC im thrilled OC im very uncertain ST im "eh" Strenghth and conditioning i say fire them all.
  4. Yup. Regardless, bills are in last. As usual. Fatty > Marrone.
  5. Lets be objective and take off the homer goggles; it's not as if Geno is playing teams in the CFL. How many playmakers do Geno have on that offense?
  6. i'd rather talk smack than go in the locker with their tales between their legs. we need players with mean streaks. for the longest time we've had nothing but good 'ole boys on this roster. i want some nastiness on this team. the Defense is coming around. the wins will come.
  7. With all due respect, lets wait at least an entire season before making fun of his comedy of errors. It's week 5 in his rookie season. He already beat us and the Jets are on their way to having a better record than the Bills..as usual. This.
  8. Alonso urinates platinum.
  9. I actually dont mind those unis. If i watched them enough i may even come to like them. I tend to like black unis anyway. I like the fade in colors in the helmet too. One of my buddies is a casual football fan and he was over thursday for the browns game and he actually commented on how he thought the bills unis were awful. That comment set the tone for the night unfortunately.
  10. Funny thing is that last 2 seasons you couldve easily made the argument that with a top 10-15 defense we make the playoffs. Timing is everything. Its been the same dog and pony show for over a decade. I do feel like everything is slowly coming together now however (with a healthy EJ).
  11. Dont take it personal. Just stating the obvious. Of course its a team game, and surely as a bills fan you would know better than to blame the team as opposed to the QB right? Oh wait.. Panthers have some issues for sure, and CAM is one of them. Fact is he has REGRESSED each season in the NFL and its not for a lack of offensive weapons.
  12. I agree hes been extremely inconsistent. Hence, bust. Hes also had an all pro WR, great TE, and solid RB. Panthers are 28th in total points and 31st in passing. BUST
  13. 14 - 22 record. From a guy that was supposed to revolutionize the position. Bust.
  14. Eh, i will.
  15. Speaking of which, can we officially call that clown cam newton a bust yet??
  16. we should start a "could be worse" thread every week or just bump this one up. for me, the "could be worse" of the week is: We could be the Giants at 0-5.
  17. I don't understand that statement. Is there a conspiracy?
  18. I'm actually kinda excited to see what Lewis can bring to the table. He's still young and has never really gotten a shot due to always being on teams with 1st round QB's ahead of him. At the very LEAST, he'll be more composed than Tuel (which is half the battle).
  19. I'm pretty much on the same page with your statement.
  20. Yup, I agree. In short, if Tuel had stepped up and at least been able to MOVE the offense a bit, we probably wouldn't be having this discussion right now. He forced Marrone's hand by looking as bad as he did. Is it fair for Tuel? I don't know and I don't really care to be honest. I just want to win.
  21. I agree that there is no difference. However, this move (to me) strictly revolves around Tuel sucking against the Browns to a degree that the coaching staff did not imagine. As a rookie backup the coaching staff essentially had no idea how Tuel would respond if he had to go in there in an emergency. Tuel can look great in practice, he can know the playbook, etc. But until he actually went into a live game that counted, no one knew how he would do. After seeing what he did do (which was an abomination), the coaching staff figured it would be better to give someone else a shot. Here comes Lewis. Can we blame the coaching staff for having Tuel as the backup? Maybe. Sure. But when the alternative is Lewis, we can't be shelling out THAT much blame. They figured Tuel would be ready and he clearly wasn't. Tuel was not able to step up to the plate - which is also partially his fault. They were wrong - much the same way they could be wrong this week if Lewis comes in and throws 3 INT's vs the Bungals. In other words. When you go "all-in" on EJ and have horse manure for backups, this kind of scrutiny ensues. Life as a Bills fan.
  22. If you were Tuel youd be asking for a trade???? Do we owe this guy ANYTHING? No. How did he perform vs he browns? HORRIBLY. Last time i checked, this is a performance driven league. You might only get one chance to step in and do your job and you better be ready. Tuel landed flat on his face. Hes lucky to still be on the team. I wouldve cut him before i cut the punter.
