Just caught the end of the Den-Pats game, and Josh McDaniels was going nuts after winning the game. He threw like 4 big fist pumps and jumped into his players arms. They also showed McDaniels (during the game) on the sideline after his special teams player ran into the kicker on 4th down. He was clearly yelling and giving the special teams coach hell, and the coach looked scared after. This emotion was refreshing to me. Now i know they did not win the superbowl or anything, but clearly McDaniels has motivated and won his team over. I liked this much better than the "dear in the headlights look that jauron always has. We need someone who is not afraid to yell and fire up the players. i.e MIKE SINGLETARY and others Now lets hope that Ralph wakes up this decade and get us a learder. What do you think?

A good friend of mine, who is a die hard Bills fan bought this from a Chicago Bears fan who started the site. When we first hired Jauron he told me that Chicago Bears fans hated Jauron because of his ability to not close games out and make them much closer. Now I do not hate Jauron, I think he is a good guy with standard and morals. However, I dont think he can lead a football team to victory. Just look at some of his coaching stats posted on this website. Here are some of these stats as of last season (ACCORDING TO THE WEBSITE) : 57-76 record as a head coach in the NFL (.411 pct). Has beaten TWO teams with winning records during his three year tenure in Buffalo.(Record is 2-21!) Has only had one season with a winning record as a head coach and the stats say it was a fluke. Started the "A-Train" over Fred Jackson. An injury forced Jauron to play him. 0-6 record against the AFC East this season. The "JP Losman Rollout" And last but not least.... A coach who the DETRIOT LIONS felt was not good enough to coach their team! They saw teams reflect their coaches. Well what is one of Buffalo problems? We beat the teams we should but blow it vs the playoff calibier teams. THAT IS ALL DICK JAURON RIGHT THERE, 2-21 VS teams with winning record in his FIRST 3 seasons in Buffalo. WE NEED SOMEONE TO LIGHT A FIRE UNDER THESE GUYS, SOMEONE WHO CAN MOTIVATED PLAYERS, AND SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY GAMEPLAN AND ADJUST DURING THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!

He is good. I went to school with him at Coastal Carolina where he was a 4 years starter. He is big and suprising fast for his size. Dont believe me, watch he highlights last year, he has a long run for a td. Tyler also has a very good arm. He did well statistically last year for a TERRIBLE cheifs team. Good pick up for the fins unfortunatley

Well its the 4th game of the year, and it already feels like a must win situation. The Fins will start Chad Henne and I am sure they will be ready to "try" and run the wildcat on us. Honestly, I am a little newvous about the game. After being gashed by Pierre Thomas (who?) for over 100 yards in the 2nd half alone. I think the Fish will stay with the game plan they use. You know, the one that some how lost to INDY, despite out possessing them 45 min to 15 min. So with that said: Will the Bills beat the Fins on Sunday? Good lord I hope so
