Harris fared well but it's 100% certain she's going to do exactly what the DNC machine tells her to do and the belief she's going to set policy and the agenda for the administration is an illusion like it was with Biden. Trump failed to get that message across that she can claim any position she'd like to, put on a good show, and get passing grades for the debate but none of it matters. Because if she wins just like Biden, she'll do exactly what the radical left says and is just a puppet and answering all the softball questions from the mods won't change that truth. Missed opportunity to embarrass her and the moderators and get that message to the voters at the same time.

The media bias is clear. Its one major takeaway from the event. They covered for Biden's mental condition when it was obvious something was erong nd now they're covering for Harris. Many objective people are asking the same question that you ask. If the press can't be neutral with these debates then they should be limited to setting topics. Just let the two candidates fight it out like we do in real life. I think Harris did well but I have to deduct points for degree of difficulty because she was babies by the mods. Just as expected

Truthfully, we don't need a new border bill. Just enforce the rules and criteria for asylum status. Almost all of the people coming across are seeking economic relief. That doesn’t qualify you for asylum. Criminals don't qualify. They should be deported right now. But they're not. Rather most get released to repeat more crimes. The problems we have won"t be solved by more laws because the problem is this administration won't enforce the current laws and claims they would suddenly enforce new laws if only Republicans would go along are without merit or evidence. Stop pretending otherwise. Dispute that if you wish.

I didn't watch the entire show because i can't stand the format and the questions. Its more like a joint press conference than a one-on-one debate between two people. Which is what we need to see. But of what i did see i thought Harris was composed and performed well and Trump came off a little agitated and rambling in some responses. Sure the mods favored Harris but that was a given. One thing i did see was Muir ask Trump for is details of his deportation proposal and rather than doing what I would have done, he proceeded into a lengthy and unorganized response. i would have simply said the following. About 15 million people crossed our border claiming asylum. The rules and criteria are clear. What's also clear is Harris has no intention of enforcing the rules. Allowing and sending all these people into communities across the country without keeping track of most. Everyone gets a hearing. If their claim is valid they can stay but if it isn't they can't stay. If they don't show up for the hearing they can't stay. My administration will follow the rules and enforce existing rules and law. A Harris administration won't. Just an example of how he responded and seemed unprepared to give sharp and focused responses.

I'm objective enough to say Trump has his flaws in character and behavior. And his policy ideas aren't perfect. But they're way less damaging than what Biden has done and what Harris will continue and most likely amplify. Can any posters supporting Harris say anything negative about her? I haven't seen it yet. So walk the talk dude.

You really do have a blind spot when it comes to establishment politicians of both parties. At some point you're going to realize your faith is misplaced.

All these moochers feeding off the public trough of taxpayer money skimming mid-six plus figures out of the system are scared. When you scare them it means you're pressing the right buttons and asking the right questions.

The entire situation in Springfield is an example of how the government, in this case the Biden administration FUBARS everything. Clearly this community is too small with inadequate resources to handle 15K to 20K immigrants but they dump them there anyway. While its clear the idiots are clearly intent on eliminated border security without any regard for negative consequences (attempting to pin the blame on somebody else is a popular approach) they really haven't thought out how exactly to handle the influx of people. They're either incompetent, malicious, or simply do not care. None of those options are acceptable. My initial proposal to solve the problem would be to ship all these government officials to a melting ice flow in the Arctic drifting into a warm current of Shark infested waters. This would likely fail because the Sharks would not attack them out of "professional courtesy"

Maybe she'll show that ladies Cat hanging upside down being butchered on the next episode to the viewers?

On the local ABC affiliate, this morning's news had a report on the upcoming debate scheduled for Tuesday. Reports on both Trump and Harris. The Trump story opened with the reporter saying "Trump is lowering expectations by claiming they will be biased against him" along with throwing in a side story about Chaney's endorsement of Harris. Throwing in his "hate" for immigrants. Overall, a dark tone. The Harris coverage had a clip of Harris visiting a quiet coffee shop smiling and composed stating she's "confident and loves our country". No policy questions. Very positive. In summary, presenting Harris very positively while flippantly dismissing Trump's claim of bias by giving a biased report. TDS causes them to beleive a delusion that they're objective. I said to myself of the reporter, well, you just proved his point!

Drama. The idiots said the same thing when he had them for 4 years and nothing happened. Its reasonable to assume a similar situation. They even claimed he sold nuclear secrets. Another unsupported lie. Pity they have to use so much fear and constant misrepresentations and can't run on the issues as the current administration's record is a disaster they avoid mentioning.
