Yes, but the blueprint makes sense for the Bills. Get a great not good D along with a running game, which we have to set up the pass. I think we are yound and improving on offense but the D needs help.

Parcells could turn this ship in the right direction...quickly. Ralph would have to pay real money and give total control so it won't happen, but it's nice to dream.

I think all of these guys are good prospects and should be there in round two. IMO there is no center worth a top 15 pick in this draft. The espn crew projects Mack as a 2nd or 3rd round pick, for what thats worth. Does anybody know what happened to LeCharles Bentley? He was a really good center then hurt w/Browns, released at the beginning of the year and is still on the street, did he reitire or he could be an upgrade if healthy.

The more I think about a coaching change the less I like the retreads. Tougher ex players like Russ Grimm or Singletary I think would be a better fit. Marty would be great, he knows you need a defense and running game to win. At the end of the day I just want to win I don't care who the coach is....Just make the playoffs...Please!

Williams has all the tools but has not been an impact player in Dallas, so I would not make that move. I'm not giving up on Hardy yet, remember it took Moulds 3 years to develop...Rookies are tough to get production from.

I know we need his ability at LT, but I worry about his attitude being a problem even if he gets paid. Over the last few years he seems to sit out if he a little banged up not a tough guy that we need to move the pile in the playoffs. If the Bills could get enough in return I would not be against it....Too bad Cleveland is not dumb enough to trade Joe Thomas for Peters.

You make some good points and I think the offense can be more consistent as long as Turk realizes that we need to run the ball on a consistent basis. The Defense must become more physical and more aggressive IMO for the Bills to compete for the division.

This year there could be two 8-8 division winners make the playoffs while as many as 3 teams with 10 or more wins do not. I think that is terrible, I'm not a Pats fan but SD or Denver in the playoffs instead of NE, please.

It's nice we beat a team with something to play for on the road late in the year. Really the last two weeks the offensive play calling has been much better. I blame the Jet loss on LP's lack of pocket presence. So I am happy the Bills won and hope they play well and win next week.

I knew that soft @$$ Peters would not play this week. Remember he plays the game for personal recognition like the Pro Bowl. This is about his contract all the way, we need his talent but not his attitude. He will be a big distraction this offseason and I hope they don't pay him.

I respectfully disagree with some of your post. Look at this from Ralph's perspective he is writing the checks that pay for this fiasco at some point it has to become so bad that it's funny. I also think he being tactful not airing out all of his negative thoughts during the season or when he is having a bad day. He knows the Bills problems cannot be solved by kiling Jauron in the media after a loss, after the season the issues will be addressed.

I am starting to think he is a me guy and not a team guy. He is still crying about a 5 year deal the he singed b/c $3.25 mil is not enough money and the reason he plays the game is for personal achievement. If he does not play Sunday he has mailed it in and shown me that he is soft.

I think Mack is going to be great and would love to have him. But at 12 we need DE, DT, OLB, impact player in the front seven is a must.

Look we are all disappointed at this years results after the 5-1 start. But at the begining of the year all of the experts even the local papers said 8-8 or 9-7 still a young team another year or two away from the playoffs so please don't overreact. We need to improve our division play and learn how to play against a 3-4 defense which is all coaching. So if everybody wants to boycott and get the coach fired I can't really disagree. I'm wearing a paper bag on my head instead, but remember the glass is half full.

No they are saying we need more talent and guys with a mean streak ILO Character or nice guys on the team, also called soft guys in the trenches.
